Very Nice!
Stayed here the night before an early flight. Very nice room, comfortable bed. Very close to the airport, but no airport noise. Staff was friendly and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Recommend to anyone in town for business. Comfortable and economical.

Nothing Special but nice...
The hotel was average. I expected something nicer for $166 a night even at a special [...]rate... it was a 3 star at best in my experience of travels... But, if you're looking for clean, conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport and a good bed to sleep in overnight - and of course if you don't mnind spending too much money for average.. this is your place :-) The bed had a level of hardness to select from - not a sleep number bed but close.

Top drawer for a very reasonable price.
This was a one nite stay, arriving about 5:00 PM and departing the next morning for a return flite from Phoenix airport. We had dinner at the Hilton (I booked two rooms, as we traveled with another couple)and it was very good. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful...desk, restaurant, wake up call...all points of contact. Nice job. The only negative was a noisy air conditioner. Central air is much more quiet than the individual units. Sleep is critical when traveling..this was the weak point.

If you have a morning flight from the Phoenix airport and need to drive in from one of the outlying communities, do yourself a favor, spend the night at this airport hotel. They allowed me to leave my car at no additional charge, took the courtesy shuttle to the airport and will return on it to reclaim my car. Rush hour commutes are a gamble, overnights at a nice hotel are relaxing.

Great Airport location; good price
Very friendly staff at a hotel which is only minutes away from Phoenix airport on their free shuttle. Extremely quiet location (at least it was when I was there on a Sunday night) in a business park across from a community college. Hotel is brand new and has a substantial breakfast buffet, which is sometimes included in the price. They also serve dinner (I didn't try it). There are no other restaurants in the immediate area.

A pleasant surprise
The questionable location. However, I never for one moment felt unsafe. The new hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and quite helpful. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, with fantastic beds and pillows and microwave and refrigerator. I needed to keep my medicine in a freezer area which the refrig did not have but the staff made arrangements for me in their food center. Shuttle Service was great and the driver was very friendly and made sure we were offered coffee or tea to take with us to the airport. I would return there any time and would have liked to use their fitness center and pool if I had a longer stay. Give it a try and don't forget to try Bill Johnson's Big Apple restaurant, a place that has been a legend in Phoenix for years and located just across the road. This hotel is a good start to revitalizing this part of town. Good luck to them.
