A Perfect Location!
We chose this hotel for it's proximity to Sky Harbor; our room/suite was perfect...clean, cool and spotless! We were directed to rental car returns & picked up promptly for a return to the hotel. We enjoyed a quick & delicious dinner and retired to watch different television programs in the living area and bedroom. With a prompt wake-up call and shuttle to the airport we were on our way home. It was perfect!!!

Close to Airport
While this was an excellent location if you need a quick overnight stay near PHX, when the carpet in the rooms starts looking that bad - it really should be replaced. The room was clean, but the carpet was in sad shape. Otherwise, just an average motel.

Everything You Need!!
What an excellent value! The entire staff,management, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant personnel, go the extra mile to ensure your stay is an absolutely enjoyable experience. The location is central to many places...the airport, shopping, etc. Great experience ...highly recommend this hotel. Greg and Patsy Chun Seattle, WA.

Hurried
Needed a place to stay before flight home
The staff was friendly. They allowed us to check in at 2:30 pm. The room was quiet. WiFi worked fine. Shower had plenty of pressure. Nice bed. Plenty of room to sit, rest, and read a book.. I always appreciate having a separate space to apply make-up while my husband is showering.. Only negative is that there are no nice restaurants close by.

Don't do it! Miserable excuse for a salad...iceberg only option...farm raised fish...no filtered water, only the bottled water is safe...poor selections overall...breakfast buffet ok with omlettes and fresh berries

The hotel was exactly what we needed. We had a very early flight the next morning and besides being a convenient location a shuttle was provided. Would definitely stay again.

A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
The shuttle drivers went beyond the call of duty. The desk clerks were especially friendly and helpful. When our daughter's flight was cancelled until the next day, they sent the shuttle to pick her up so she could stay with us. The room was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

Great room at a great price
We checked in to a large room/suite with the bedroom and living room/kitchen separated by french doors. My only regret was that we had little time to enjoy the room having to depart very early. The only problem was our shower was broken and we did not discover this until we had unpacked. Luckily it was the afternoon and not the morning of the flight. We were moved to another room--not quite as nice--but the manager gave us drink coupons to compensate. I gave five stars since things do break but it was the response by the manager that impressed us. It is a really nice hotel with a great pool and at the price, it deserves high marks. I will definitely stay at their other locations.
