Fairfield by Marriot
Good hotel, not near to any dining areas (walking distance) but is just a short cab ride to the Mill Street area and Monti's "La casa Vieja" where the old meets the new and the food and ambiance is wonderful!

Nostalgic
My wife and I have been using this facility at least bout four times a year for the past five years. The staff used to be friendly and helpful, but not this time. the yound woman who was at the front never said thank you. In the morning, another clerk was less than eithusiastic when we asked for some fruit for departure at 5:00 AM, because we miss their complimentary breakfast.

Best bed in a week
We found ourselves at this Fairfield property on the last night of a one week vacation. This room had the most comfortable bed of the five properties we had used - including one well known Las Vegas hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. They had maps to help answer any question. Their route to the airport was probably 15 minutes faster than the obvious route my GPS suggested. Nice place. Nice folks. Great sleep!

Family Oriented, infant friendly
This particular hotel was close enough to all of the major attractions in Phoenix; we were able to take road to road directions from teh front desk associate. All associates were attentive and gave out positive greetings, every time we bypassed. Thank you for your Hospitality. Also, this was the first hotel in which had a very decent shampoo and conditioner bottles available in the bathroom.

Short drive from hotel
D-backs, Phx, Suns and water parks, and many dinning and shopping attractions are all very easy to find, nearby this particular hotel.

A good Experience
The Fairfield Inn Marriott in Phoenix was a nice surprise. Check in was a breeze, check out was automatic. Comfortable bed. Coffee in room. The room was thoughfully laid out. Computer access was easy and free. Would not hesitate to try another Fairfield Inn based on this experience.
