Good value
Good room, quiet, kitchenette, fridge & microwave and cable TV. What more could I want? How about some soap! They forgot to give me SOAP! (Good thing I travel with my own.) Otherwise another very good experience here, it's hard to beat what you get for the price.

Reservation not fulfilled
The motel was too far from our destination. Hard to access. We ask for a handicap accessible room and was given a third floor tiny room that was extremely difficult to get around in with my wheelchair. They tried to charge an additional fee for the room. We had a pet and had no problem paying the pet fee which was called a deposit but was not reinbursed to us. The toilet was dirty and the coffee filter from the previous tenant was still in the coffee pot. We will not be staying here again.

Unhappy wife
Never go there
The carpet was dirty and had many, many stains. When I walked on it barefoot, I felt crunchies - like it hadn't been swept. I killed 6 roaches after checking in. Had to leave all main lights on all night to keep them from coming out... No shower soap or shampoo, no dish soap to do dishes. Could not control temperature in room. I requested a refridgerater with working freezer, because I had medicine with me that needed to be kept frozen. It wasn't until the next afternoon that I found out that the freezer didn't work. My meds were thawed, and had to be thrown out. They were expensive, and I could only use 1 of them. Cigarette butts in elevater and outside our room. Very noisy - we could hear running and talking in the room above us. I didn't sleep at all the first night, and only 2 1/2 hours the next. The room smelled bad. We would have gone somewhere else, but didn't have any money. I feel we should get a refund. This was the 2nd worse hotel I've ever stayed in!!!

not happy
I had never traveled to phoenix before and just picked a hotel that I thought was economical and decent. Sad to say that when we arrived, it was not in a great neighborhood at all, scetchy people around the hotel and wow...when we walked into check out it was just a small room, no greeting, not the best quality service. Then as we walked into our room and looked around it was blazing in there so we turned on the noisy a/c until it cooled off, walked into the bathroom and realized that the trashcan had a miller lite beer can and 5 hour energy drink sitting in it! the bed felt like a cardboard box with a plastic covering and bedding, and when I asked the front desk for extra bedding because I was freezing at night in the room, they said they didn't have any clean and proceded to give me 2 fitted sheets! I will never stay in this hotel or any other in this chain in any other city!!!...you also had to pay for cleaning everyday or just stay with what you have in the room.

room was clean but maid did not come on Tuesday as supposed to,had to tell front office to come clean room.Only 1 day a week maid service.close to highway I10 and stores with plenty of parking.Always gave fresh towels and a blow dryer when needed from front office and the bed was comfortable.Laundry room was okay and modern key card was good.Good place to crash for us on our vacation in Phoenix Arizona.
