With its unique décor and lively atmosphere, the Aloft-Phoenix-Airport is an attraction in itself. As well as access to a wide range of modern amenities on-site, guests can easily reach Phoenix's shopping and entertainment areas. Very nice
A very helpful staff at the front desk. An interesting hotel with a modern touch. A nice pool to end our trip in. Ruby Tuesday nearby was handy with good food. Not a scenic area...busy and commercial to a degree. Convenient to the airport with an efficient shuttle. Comfortable and we had a good sleep.

the highlight of the stay was the level of service from the front desk. top notch customer service. they went above and beyond to research our inquiry and called us back with the pertinent info and made our request happen. expected at a 5 star property...a bonus at a property like this.

New Hotel

Hip, Hot, and Hard
Love the Aloft concept. Room was hot and stuffy with air shutting off in the middle of the night. Mattress redefines hard, just this side of a 20 year old futon.

Phoenix to travel through
very good hotel, i stayed a few nights at the chicago/o'hare facility and was happy, so stayed with them again. only 2 things wrong - could use a bigger pool so you can actually swim in it and could use some more dinner type food in refueling area. otherwise, very comfortable, clean and visually appealing hotel.

Short drive from hotel
very handy to the airport, and with free parking, great place to come back to in order to get a flight and the car rental return is very easy to find from here.
