Flagstaff hotel near shopping and dining with outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi
Look for the homey, red brick exterior at Ramada West - Grand Canyon Area hotel near outdoor recreation and downtown Flagstaff. A free hot breakfast with waffles starts the day off right at this non-smoking hotel with a seasonally heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. After a swim and a soak, hit the open road to area attractions including the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Winslow Meteor Crater, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest and a host of other national monuments. Ski, hike or golf nearby and walk to family and casual restaurants.

Shaggy canyon
Enjoyable Place
My family had an enjoyable stay at this Ramada. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Missed breakast because it ended at nine and we slept in! Great location!

Clean hotel, nice area
Clean hotel in a nice area. Flagstaff is a nice little town with good dining/drinking options. Close to Grand Canyon. Breakfast was ok, but is was very crowded.

Great value
The hotel was very clean and quiet, allowing for a good nights sleep. The room was comfortable and provided me with the amenities that I needed, TV, coffee, frig, desk and a great bed. In my travels only the Comfort Inn chain has had this quality of professional service. I will now consider Ramada in my future travels.

Quick trip
I really like the area, the problem is that the room door needs weatherstripping and since the hotel is right by the freeway you hear traffic on the freeway, it is very loud. Breakfast was not very good you can tell the food was cheap.

Fine except for One Thing
I was put off by the sign on the desk in my room warning that if certain items were missing at the end of my stay, I would be charged x amount of dollars for those items. The warning felt like an assumption that I was a thief. I also felt to ensure I wasn't charged for any items that might go missing I had to ask the front desk go to the room and make sure all items were present and accounted for. This of course added time to the check out process. The whole thing just left a negative feeling and I would not now choose Ramada for future business.

Excellent hotel for a one night stay on our trip. Hotel was a little hard to fine. Other local accommodations were close by. Don't wait until the last minute to go for breakfast, they close it down promptly at 9:00.
