Dirty rooms, horrible staff, nobody available at the front desk when we need, horrible breakfast

I went there whit my family,only for one night,look like the room did not get service,dirty pillow&sheets,dirty towels ....,i hop city or Hdp visit them one time.it was so bad,i will not go there any more.

The hotel was disgusting with dirty pillow cases and a smokey odor. We informed the hotel manager that we would not be staying at tht hotel. He said that he would refund our money without any problem. Unfortunately, the hotel manager charged us claiming that we were "no shows" they refuse to refund our money. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was very small, dark and dirty. The towels were dirty. There was a pool, but without water. The staff was very unfriendly. Breakfast? No comment... Never again!

From the very beginning our stay was awful. By the end of our stay we had stayed in 4 rooms, starting with 2. Room 1 started out bad: dead bugs on the floor, bathroom that wouldn't lock, and to top things off, the AC quit working almost immediately. The owner refused to change our room until we threatened to stop payment. Room 2, one of our original two was no better: no locking bathroom, hot water that wouldn't turn off with a twist of the knob, no refrigerator or microwave, dead bugs yet again, and again, an AC that quit toward the middle of the night. We were again moved, but only after more than 12 hours. At this point, the advertised TV went out in both of our now replaced rooms and never came back on in either, even after notifying the owner. Room 3 had more dead bugs on the floor, a bathroom that didn't lock and a toilet that didn't flush well. Room 4 didn't flush well either, had nil to little water pressure or hot water, and no microwave. IN ADDITION to all this, the website advertised pool was empty, excluding the trash and rainwater at the bottom, the sign advertised "free WiFi" and "free breakfast" were none existent, and the only room service was the emptying of trash, no clean towels or fresh coffee. Overall, this was the WORST hotel/motel I have ever stayed at and would sooner stay in a prison than at this Budget Host again.

We went to check in at 1:30 and the guy at the frontdesk told us check in wasn't until 2:00 so we went for a walk. Came back at 2:00 and he said since we have more than 1 person, it's an addional $15 per person. I already paid over $55 and not he wanted me to pay $70 for this below average, junky room? We didn't pay it. He called us twice the next morning an hour and a half before check out to make sure we were going to check out or if we wanted another night. My fiance went to check out later and noticed that we might be charged an additional $3 for using utilites. I suggest paying the extra $20-30 and staying in a nicer hotel.

we (we being two females) left do not disturb sign on door to go eat dinner. when we came back toilet seat was up and shower items moved around, and spare key was gone. Made for a real comfortable night- NOT!

This is an older hotel compared to others nearby. The bed was very high off the ground and the decor was quite old. No flat screen tv and it was cramped. The worst thing was that there was no hot water in the morning. The whole hotel had no hot water as the furnace had broke down. It is defnitely cheaper than the other hotels nearby.

No amenities, but if you need a cheap clean place to stay for sleep and shower a good choice. I would stay again!

Booked 2 rooms one had no fridge or microwave the other had both but not heat. Had a little electric plug in heater. All outlets were 2 prong so had to plug in laptop from bathroom then the wi fi didnt work! You get what you pay for i guess!
