disappointment

we are in the process of moving and needed a hotel for 3 weeks. luckily we only booked this for 1 week. They had said they have a laundremat, they do not. The staff would not even look at us as we came and went from the hotel. The maid service was terrible..the maid left our things on the bathroom sink thrown into a pile, didn't clean out the coffee maker filter or replace the coffee or sugars, etc, didn't vacume...the elevator floors were very sticky and dirty, the hotel thought we were checking out 4 days early when we had already paid for the full week, we called for a maintenance question and even went personally to the front desk TWICE and still no response from maintenance, didn't get our wake-up call one morning. We are now going to another hotel for the remainder 2 weeks.

Not satisfied with ths hotel

I had a prepaid room and due to a illness in the family I had to leave a day early .The manager refused to give me a refund.

disappointing hotel

I know that my room didn't cost very much but I thought staying at a Wyndham hotel I would get a great experience. This did not happen. The hotel was doing renovations and the carpets were all stained and disgusting looking. This hotel was in dire need of an overhaul. I guess you get what you pay for. It would have been a good idea if your website would have told me of the renovations being done and I would have chosen another hotel.

Pit Stop

This hotel was VERY clean from the outside as well as in the lobby. The hot tub was large and you could smell the chlorine as soon as you walked into the lobby. The reservation clerk was not very friendly and used as little words as possible to get me checked in. Basically, shoved paper and pen at me with no explanation. It was late and we just stopped here to hold us over for the night. I was just hoping for clean sheets and bathroom. They were clean and smelled fresh, but the stains on the carpet made me second guess. The room was clearly older and could use some updating. But overall this was a good place to stop for the night.

There are several restaurants nearby (Longhorn, Logans, Chili's, Wendy's...several others) as well a a little shopping area but it was all closed at the time we arrived.

Weekend stay

I stay at this hotel because its convenient and economical. Although, the heater/ac unit is loud, and the bed could be more confortable, I do like to stay here, and will return.

Surprise we are under renovation construction!

Hotel will be good when the finish working on it. Carpet is terribly soiled, Holes in hallway walls where they are working on plumbing. Shower water temparature litterally takes 5-10 minutes to get hot. bed comfortable and new, room clean but housekeeping is not disciplined as room gets cleaned but not restocked consistently.

Terrible Experience in Birmingham

Stains, stains and more stains is the best way to describe this place. They were in the process of remodeling so hopefully in the future all of it will be taken care of.
