GREAT WITH ONLY 3 PROBLEMS

I STAYED AT THE WESTIN IN BIRMINGHAM FOR SEVERAL DAYS WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS IN 5 OR 6 SEPARATE ROOMS. IT IS A NEW HOTEL SO IT DOES NOT HAVE EVERYTHING DOWN TO A SCIENCE YET. PROBLEMS WERE: ALMOST NO WATER PRESSURE IN SINK OR SHOWER, PROBABLY THE RESULT OF WATER RESTRICTION FITTINGS, BUT IT TOOK THREE TIMES LONGER TO TAKE A SHOWER AS A RESULT. ALSO, THEY FORGOT TO VACCUUM THE ROOM ON SEVERAL DAYS OF OUR STAY. WE RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER AND TISSUES. THERE WERE NO EXTRA IN THE BATHROOMS. ROOM SERVICE WAS 24 HOURS WHICH IS A PLUS, BUT ONE TIME IT TOOK ROOM SERVICE 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES TO GET AN ORDER TO OUR ROOM. NEVERTHELESS, IT IS THE BEST CENTRAL BIRMINGHAM HAS TO OFFER. YES, I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

just ok

It was very noisey in the hall, noise could be heard in your room. Bed was most uncomfortable!! That wasn't the clincher. Upon leaving valet lost my car keys.finally after 20 minutes one of the valet guys realized he had them in his pocket. we were on our way to a dance competition and barely made it on time.I will never stay there again !!!
