Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham SE/Liberty Park

I booked this suite as part of my boyfriends suprise birthday weekend. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with everything I asked of them. I brought a sushi dinner to set up before my boyfriend arrived and they had the table and chairs I requested upstairs in my room before I arrived. They also were able to lend me some goblets and serving dishes at the last moment. I wish my PS3 had worked properly with their TV's. We wanted to watch a particular movie and weren't able too because of the type of setup they have (due to Lodgecast being on the tv). Other than that it was great. My only complaint would be that I left something (expensive Aveda conditioner) behind (in the shower) and realized later on the day we checked out .. they threw it away. I was pretty bummed about that. I know it's a liquid item, but I feel like they could have contacted me before tossing a full bottle of $75 name brand conditioner.

You had to drive a few minutes to go anywhere such as shops and places to eat

check in was flawless, staff courteous, even helped with signing me up for Hilton Honors. Free breakfast would be a nice touch but coffee, fruit and cookies at night were a nice touch.

Great hotel. It was very clean and quiet. Great room service also.

We traveled to Birmingham for the Papajohns.com Bowl game. We stayed in our room pretty much only long enough to sleep, shower, and dress so we didn't have to use customer service very much. What we did use went very well. Clean comfortable room, great staff, and we slept very well. Though I didn't use it, I did check out the pool and fitness center. Very nice indeed! I would have no problem staying here again!

Hilton Garden Inn Liberty Park has become our home away from home when we travel to Birmingham, AL to attend church events. Friday night we were unable to arrive early enough to check in. When I phoned to let the desk know that it would be after 10pm before we would get to the hotel the attendant confirmed my reservation, made a note of the delay and reassured me that our room would be waiting for us when we arrived. It was almost 11pm before we got there, we walked into the lobby with a warm fire blazing and an attendant waiting for us behind the desk. Once we got to our room I went straight to bed but my husband was hungry. Thank goodness for the Pavilion Pantry! The next morning we were able to enjoy a full hot breakfast and several cups of great coffee before heading out the door to our conference.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean!clean!clean! The staff was professional and check in was very quick. Ask for a room away from the elevators (a little noisy but not unbearable). I would stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again with no hesitation!
