Not Happy
When I first arrived, the gentleman at the front desk did not say welcome, he just asked for my last name. He gave me a room key that did not work so I went back to the front desk, he says, "try it again" after he typed something in to the computer. I went back to the same room, it worked, however...... someone was still staying in that room! I got out quickly and went back to front desk. They gave me another room. They said they were upgrading me, but I didn't really need a conference table in my room. It is just scary to know that a hotel can override a key to just anyone and let a stranger into you room.

Not a family atmosphere
We had fun until New Years Eve when our next door neighbor decided to have a loud, violent party until 4:00 in the morning! We have young children and the language and foul behavior by these intoxicated people was disgusting to say the least. I reported it to the front desk several times but they were "too busy" to check into the matter. My wife and I only got 2 hours of sleep before we had to load the car to drive home. Bad experience!

OK just OK
Have stayed in this hotel in the past few years. Previously excellent, but note a decline in the quality and value. The place seems poorly staffed and the facilities do not seem as clean as they once did. Noted lobby furniture fabric soiled and worn. This trip observed mold in the suite and bathroom. Also observed the gentleman who was making omletts, leave the line during a lull and bus tables. All said, the staff is courteous, there just does not seem to be enough of them to keep the place up to the Hilton name. OK hotel for now, but the decline I have observed over the years from my 5 star rating makes me not want to go back next year. I do not want to experience further decline. OK for mundane travel needs but look elsewhere for that special get away that really matters.

The Ruth Cris Restaurant inside the hotel is excellent, however the prices make it better for a special meal rather than a daily experience during the hotel stay. Excellent, reasonably priced, one of a kind eateries available a short driving distance away Whole Foods and the adjacent shopping center.

This place was amazing!!!! Not only was it beautiful but thestaff was great. They greeted us wih a welcoming smile, gave us our key to our room. The room was very clean, and then the front desk alle to ensure we had every thing. we then decided to walk around the beautiful lobby and indoor pool when we ran into the person from thefront desk who greeted us this time by name. I didnt really enjoy the on site resturrat ( over priced and not that great) but every thing else was beyond perfect. te beds were even great ( finding a comfortable bed in a hotel is rare) I would highly recommend this hotel!!!!! A++++++

Work weekend
Great room. Very pleased with size of the room and amenities. Front desk and shuttle driver extremely helpful. Just bothered by the 'black' (grime?) in the grout in the shower tile. Not excessive but enough to make me think it was not 'clean'.

Terrible Experience: Recommend Avoid
Checked in at 10 PM, first room was unmade. Couch still pulled out, towels all over floor, food on table. Switched us to second room. Went inside, bed poorly made, sheets dirty, and towels from last guests had clearly been picked up off the floor and REFOLDED... Wow, this was BAD. Now to 3rd room... Pull out bed was broken, telephone in LR did not work, sheets looked 10 years old (worn thru in many places), AND HEATER DID NOT WORK... Room was ice cold in morning... Explained all of this to management, but they seemed to take it in stride as a normal day. Last but not least, this is a dated, dirty hotel more on par with Motel 6 than Embassy (and I apologize to Motel 6).

The best hint I can give you is to stay somewhere else. This is an overpriced dirty hotel with clearly incompetent management.

Not My Cup of Tea
While the building itself is lovely, the rooms were sub-par. Maid service was awful and desk personnel were horribly rude! The indoor pool was nice but hard to enjoy with all of the under-supervised children. I never saw more than 2 luggage carts in use for the entire hotel and was not fortunate enough to be able to use one at all. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 2 days! The pool was closed on our last day so we could not swim at all!
