Hotel was worth it
Nice clean room. Quiet. Comparable breakfast to other hotels in which I've stayed (I've had better and I've had much worse#. Nice looking pool #I didn't go in it). My wife liked the exercise room. I'd definitely go back.

Perfect locale - Great service
I took a middle school student council group to Birmingham for a one night stay, and this hotel was great. It was centrally located, and the staff was extra helpful. Free Wi-fi with no crazy codes to type in. Comfortable beds with 3 pillows on each bed. Full free breakfast. Good, standard hotel stay with no hidden charges. Easy in and easy out. Overall, a good deal.

They offer 3 free drinks in evening, free popcorn in afternoon and a free small evening meal (which we were not able to enjoy or even see...but for free...perfect for those with children (or not).

their breakfast and hot meal in the evening is really very good. If you want a drink its there with your meal.

The hotel was great, a little further than I would have prefered but that was my mistake. Everything was super clean, the service was great and their breakfast and "happy hour" helped make if very affortadable.

Picky Customer
Who's Sleeping in My Bed?
Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff at the front desk. They gave us the keycards, and we were quite surprised when we opened the door to our room! Both beds looked like someone had just climbed out of them with the covers all rolled back. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned, and although the front desk apologized and immediately assigned us another room, the whole situation put us a liitle on guard. The mattresses in our room were not comfortable and very stained. The hotel does seem to be in a very safe part of town, the free snack supper and breakfast are a good deal and the staff is very nice.
