Good standard hotel
Good hotel but no A/C and no free wi-fi. Friendly staff. Good if you need to stay in Greenwich. Too far from central London.

Wonderful bed and excellent breakfast
The room had an extremely comfortable double bed and surprisingly comfortable fold-out couchbed. There was a shower and a deep tub and a separate toilet, which worked well for two females sharing this room. Although there were plenty of hand and bath towels, no washcloths were provided, so for American visitors, bring your own.

Hotel is very well situated in
Hotel is very well situated in Greenwich. We weren't offered any assistance with our bags on arrival. Rooms quite good, restaurant is expensive but a very good pub is located next door. Definitely would recommend as a hotel in Greenwich.

Decent sized room which was basic,
Decent sized room which was basic, clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring Greenwich but also within easy reach of central London via overland train (10 mins to London Bridge, 15 to Charing X or Cannon Street). Slightly pricey if paying full rack rate for the room.

Greenwich Visitor
Good location, but somewhat noisy and impersonal
The location is excellent, right next to the DLR and British Rail, but as a result, there is quite a lot of noise from the streets/railway. Rooms are large, but if you are sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you. The hotel is rather charmless and we rarely saw the staff smile. Parking, Internet, movie package, parking etc. are all extra, and is quite expensive. Avoid breakfast in the hotel (they will try to push a breakfast package) - there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around - all of them with far better prices and service.
