First time in London
Upon arriving, we were greeted my a very helpful staff. The experience was very good, except for poor Internet connectivity found in the rooms. Aside from that, it was a very nice experience.

Excellent Location
The hotel is between two tube stops on the Jubilee Line (London Bridge and Southwark). The staff was very friendly, accommodating and ready to help. It impressed me that the staff knew my name and addressed me by name each time I returned to the hotel. The location was excellent and I recommend checking out the Burroughs market area near London Bridge tube stop for excellent eateries. I will definitely stay here again.

very very good location, right next to the eye, london tower and london bridge, very good location i believe and for the price it doesn't get any better, breakfast is complete and good. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great location
Found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a bit small, but probably average for London. LOVE the concept of having to put your key card in a holder to turn on room lights, but it's not intuitive, so had to call and ask.

für Englische Verhältisse sehr gutes, gepflegtes, modernes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Frühstück und Küche nicht in Anspruch genommen. Sehr schöne Lounge und Empfangsbereich. Personal dort äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Fedt hotel med gode faciliteter, god rengøring, god service, og gode lydtætte vinduer. Dog var minibaren ikke kold. Men ellers rigtig godt hotel, kan anbefales.
