Ideal location
Ideal location for Covent Garden and Theater land. Short walk to Trafalgar Square and the West End. Staff are very helpful without being OTT. This is our regular hotel of choice for trips to London. On this occasion they were overbooked and offered us transfer to a 5 star hotel with extras which we declined as we prefer to stay at the Kingsway Hall for its location.

Rugby Weekend
This hotel is in a great location 2 minutes walk from Holborn Tube station and a 5 minute walk to Covent Garden and Leicester Square close to lots of Restaurants and Theatres. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, Food in the restaurant seemed to be reasonably priced but did not eat there so can't say about the quality, but it looked good. You have to pay for WiFi access though a bit steep at £15 for 24 hours when it is free in most bars and restaurants close by. Also the bar prices were a bit rich. All in all though a really good hotel.

Wonderful LONDON EXPERIENCE
We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very convenient to get to from the Holburn tube station. It was also in a very good location for sightseeing being within close walking distance to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was always courteous and helpful. We will stay here again if we have occasion to visit London again.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
Get tickets to visit Buckingham Palace and the Queen's Gallery ahead of time. We missed out on seeing these because we were not aware we had to get an allotted time slot ahead of time.

Excellent location and comfort
This is great hotel, located very near Covenant Garden. It's just a couple of blocks from two metro line - Cov. Garden and Holborn. A 20 minute walk to Waterloo Station. We got a great price on the room, which made it quite a deal. Lots of restaurants nearby. It was a terrific stay!

Great Location!
This hotel is in a great location with alot of activity all around. It was just minutes to the Underground which was very convenient for my friend any I since we did not rent a car or hire a taxi. The hotel was just down the street from the Covent Garden District which was lively with bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and appropriately sized. The only compliant we had was about the charge for the internet service which seemed alittle steep.

Perfect Location
This is a fantastic hotel that is central to everything; Piccadilly circus, Oxford, Covent Garden, Westminter, etc. All the main attractions are only a few minutes by tube, and the closest station (holborn) is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Didn't try the restaurant or other available facilities, so I can't speak to that. But overall I would recommend this hotel.

Could be almost perfect
Very good location, exceptional staff, room quite comfortable. A rather loud pub directly across the street but it closes rather early (or I was out rather late), so no worries there. Most unfortunate, though, is no wifi in the rooms, meaning I had to go to the lobby (and pay a steep fee) or across the street to Starbucks. I can't give a rating of more than three stars to a hotel where I can't stay connected. Having said that, I'll stay there again.
