Great location for a London overview
We were happy to see the convenience to the tube and other attractions, delighted with the kitchen, puzzled that there was no attention to the room while we were out, but realized that it was an apartment, not a hotel. Not too fond of the bed, which sagged in the middle.

Amazing Location, don't be too picky.
The location of this hotel is amazing for seeing the sites of London, just amazing. I found the staff to actually be very helpful and kind. The hotel itself desperately needs updating but it was clean. When it says that they have sofa beds they mean your only bed might be a pull out sofa bed. The sofa beds are not comfortable and ours was very broken and took up the entire room. Be sure to ask if you can have a room with a real bed.

bon hôtel et bien situe a londres
week end pour mon anniversaire avec ma mère, nous sommes tous les deux sourdes et ne parlent pas anglais. cet hôtel je le conseillerais mais que pour des personnes sachant parler espagnol allemand ou anglais. dommage ! bon sejour dans l ensemble

Sauberkeit: war sehr misserabel, wir hatten einige Blutflecken auf den Bettlacken, wir hatten es offen lassen damit es die Reinigungskraft sieht, sie haben es jedoch 3 Tage nicht gewächselt! Ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

Rummet var mycket fräscht. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra kokvrå med vattenkokare, brödrost, glas, tallrikar mm. Gångavstånd till många sevärdheter, London eye, Big Ben, Picadilly circus, Regent street mfl.

Loistava sijainti!
Citadines on aivan ehdoton hotelli sijaintinsa kannalta! Melkein kaikki nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä, ja hotelli oli muutenkin erittäin siisti ja huone oli miellyttävä. Henkilökunta auttavaista ja mukavaa. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Dejligt centralt... helt uforstyrret.. venligt hjælpsomt personale.. rummet noget koldt ved ankomst.. men det var også koldt udenfor.. det hjalp efter ca et døgn..
