Great Hotel in a Top Location
Easy Access from Embankment, close to the Trafalgar Square and Picadilly Circus. Very clean and good value. Only the Elevator sucks when your room is in the upper floors (stops especially in the morning on every floor). Otherwise perfect. Free coffee... in the lobby

Great Location, OK Rooms
I like the Citadines and would recommend it to others. The location is great but the room (we had a one bedroom apartment) doesn't have any drawers at all so you cannot unpack and you find yourself living out of your suitcase. The bathrooms are small and the journey in and out of the tub/shower is difficult. I like the kitchen and having a refrigerator is wonderful. Most of the staff say hello and all were great to deal with throughout our one week stay. Heating system was a problem with the room being very cold in spite of having a thermostat in the room.

center of London
We had a great experience at this location. The reservation for the type of accomodations was not correct from what I orignially booked vs what the Citadines had. However, the Citadines honored the original reservation and was very accomodating. The location was perfect right in the center of London close to all and the facility was perfect. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Splendid family vacation
The location of this hotel is just perfect. We used it as a base for roaming London for four days. Visiting the the London Eye, Tower of London, Madame Tussauds and various museums was very easy with a couple of minutes walk to either Charing Cross or Embankment. It was just a 10 minute walk from the London Eye, and the location was perfect for a nightly stroll along the Thames. Another plus was the availability of simple cooking facilities, dishwasher and a fridge.

Great for family stay!
Wonderful location! The 1-bedroom apt was great for our family of 4. The sofa bed folded out into 2 single beds. Nice modernist furniture, very clean, handy kitchen, quiet, free wi-fi. There were heavy fire doors on the main room and the bedroom, so you were isolated in each room, which was a bit odd. Unlike many European hotels, breakfast was NOT included, but the beverage machine in the lobby was greatly appreciated. Lots of shops nearby for stocking the fridge. We would most definitely recommend this hotel or stay there again.
