A great location and perfect a
A great location and perfect accommodation if you want to be able to self cater. But the hotel is in urgent need of redecoration: the carpets on the 8th floor are shameful. This being said, the room was clean and very well appointed.

A great hotel /apartment for the price, so close to where you would want to be in London just a short walk to Leicester Square, Covent Garden & the London Eye .room very clean and staff where very friendly

The relation between quality and
The relation between quality and price is not to quality. I believe that the room was cleaned but old spots on the carpet create very negative impression. The sofa was broken. I could not connect to the internet in my computer using their cable. There was nobody who could sove this problem. But I was informed that there were other guests having the same problem.

Alles gut ausser die Zimmerschlüssel (Karte)
Uns hat in diesem Hotel wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige, was zu bemängeln war, sind die Zimmerschlüssel (Karten) welche leider nicht sehr oft funktionierten. Tagtäglich mussten diese durch uns an der Hotelrezeption wieder neu aufgeladen werden. Ansonsten keine weiteren Beanstandungen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
