Perfect for what I needed
The room was quiet clean and roomy. The location was perfect as I was there for business but the really nice thing was how clean and big the room was. I was in town for 4 days on business and needed a good strong internet connection which the room had (free of charge) and loved that I didn't feel cramped in a tiny tiny room. The lobby had free coffee and plenty of room to relax if you had people come to meet you at your hotel. I thought it was a very clean beautiful design that was just nice. It's not a hip, party hotel where you want to party in the lobby but that's exactly why I loved it, it wasn't that and it was quiet and peaceful for me to relax at the end of the day.

Perfect location!
We were very pleasantly surprised to see how convenient this location is to all of the major London attractions. It is a minute away from a Tube stop and easily walking distance from parliament, Westminster abbey, and all of the buildings on the mall. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and plenty big. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Hotel in a Top Location
Easy Access from Embankment, close to the Trafalgar Square and Picadilly Circus. Very clean and good value. Only the Elevator sucks when your room is in the upper floors (stops especially in the morning on every floor). Otherwise perfect. Free coffee... in the lobby

Excellent business trip
Courteous and friendly staff at reception. Room was very clean and spacious by London standards. Did not have breakfast in hotel. Location ideal for Strand etc. Would highly recommend.

Nice Place to Stay
This hotel was everything I expected - the hotel's online portrayal is spot on. It doesn't have extensive amenities (gym, pool, spa, etc.), but if those aren't as important to you as staying in a nice, clean place with an excellent location, it is a great choice.
