Great location, handsome apartment
We stayed on the third floor and didn't mind the hike up steps at all. Others may. It was a well-appointed, handsomely decorated apartment, and we were very comfortable there. No trouble with bathroom or kitchen appliances, though there were no directions for the washing machine... a bit tricky to figure out. The only criticism we have was that the cleaning service came once within our 8-night stay, and there was no cleaning done. We received plenty of towels and supplies, sheets were changed, but there was no attempt at any cleaning (no trash removal, no vacuuming, no bathroom cleaning, etc.) We would definitely recommend Nicolson Apts to a friend, and we will likely make a return visit! Location is superb.

Short walk from hotel
Check out the amazing mussels at the Reverie (pub), also the traditional music at Sandy Bell's. If a fan of South Indian cuisine, go to Tanjore on Clerk St for an amazing meal.

Good value family accommodation
Good accommodation for small family everything we needed was provided. Only downside was distance from city centre which was a good 10 -15 min walk. Other than that is was perfect would recommend to my friends.
