Good location if your walking the city.
doesnt have parking lot. public parking lots around are 32 euros ($50 dollars) per 24 hours.

if your are gonna use public transportation like Metro or bus, this hotel is in an excellent location. if you have a car do not stay, parking lots are very expensive.

Great place to stay
Staff was great. Room was little but nice. Need more soap! Great elevators. Food was ok. Great location at la Gran Via. Pick up for visiting Toledo was fantastic. Would like to go back to see more of Madrid. Issue with robbers tried to take my husbands wallet. Nothing happened but was scary. Climate was pretty cool. Next time I will need other clothing. .

Check in and Check out was straight forward and quick. The view was amazing! Room was small but cosy. The bed had a remote to make it incline but it didnt work. No star was taken off for that cos it wasnt needed.

mother-daughter get away
Very close to shops and the metro, as matter of fact right out of metro station. very convenient. walking distance to theaters, shops, restaurants. Busy area, lot of things to see.

Great location average accomodation
Only one night, but the location is superb. Very clean, nothing fancy (no need to), great to sleep and take a shower. That becomes a plus because you have to go out and enjoy La Gran Vía. Taxis, metro station, 30 to 40 euros to the airport. Watch out with the breakfast not good for the value. We will stay again because of the location and cleanliness, but will have breakfast in a better place.

Great Hotel
It's a very good hotel. A little bit old, but in a very good shape. The location is very good. It's in a central location and to be closer to the subway the it is, just being inside the subway... The only thing to consider is that together with some very good bars are some scort girls all the time in the streets in front of the hotel. If it doesn't bother you (it wasn't a problem for me) then this is a perfect hotel.

If you're going to Madrid do not forget to spare one or 2 days to know Toledo. A really amazing city.

Ladies escapade to Madrid
The location of the hotel is its best feature as it is very near Puerta del Sol, the center of Madrid. It is a very easy walk to Plaza Mayor, another popular tourist area. The staff are very helpful, but do not expect for help with your luggage. The rooms are clean and tidy, water and orange juice drinks are free from the mini-bar. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
