Boutique hotel where the art is combined with the latest technologies, as among many other things, in all our rooms you'll find a laptop computer with free Internet. Petit Palace Art Gallery is located in the beautiful and luxury shopping area of Serrano, in the heart of the business district of Madrid, between Velazquez and Goya streets, near the exclusive shopping street Serrano, near the Plaza de Colon , National Library, Archaeological Museum and Paseo de la Castellana and also a few steps from the historic city center. Petit Palace Art Gallery

I had great expectations but they were not fulfilled. They advertised the availability of stationary bikes in the rooms but only a couple of them had it. I arrived at midnight and there was no room service or any possibility of getting anything to eat. They could not give me the code for the Wi-FI because the machine that produced it was broken. Probably what I disliked the most was that no alternative solution was offered to me regarding any of these issues (trying to get me a room with a bike, asking me if I was interested on having some food delivered, etc). Finally, I expected it to be a vibrant hotel but at least during my stay I almost didn't see any other guest around.

la relación calidad-precio no

la relación calidad-precio no es nada buena. y aún encima dormimos un jueves y nos pusieron en las habitaciones que dan a un pub sin estar el hotel lleno. pasamos toda la noche en vela por el follón q había en la calle hasta las 7 de la mañana. no pienso volver
