The location of Lusso Infantas is close to the cultural, historical, commercial, and financial centers of Madrid. Take a five-minute walk to Gran Via with its shops and cafes, or a 15-minute stroll to the park and museums. Lusso Infantas Rooms
The Lusso Infantas was built in 1882 and is now protected by the Madrid de Comunity. The hotel combines the original structural features such as the columns, pillars, and external facade with a modern and functional decor. The air-conditioned rooms are cozy and fully equipped with everything that a guest needs for a comfortable stay, including a plasma television and minibar. Short but sweet
Our stay was only for 3 nights, but we really liked the hotel. Very good location that's easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It was also very close to one of the Airport Express bus stops which was very convenient. Definitely get a Superior room. With the outer glassed in balcony closed along with the inner doors it really shuts out the street noises which can be loud anywhere in Madrid.

Short walk from hotel
Take the Airport Express bus and get off at Plaza Cibeles. It's much cheaper than a Taxi and much more convenient than the Metro for getting in from the airport.

Short weekend jaunt
Service was commendable, with extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous staff who went the extra mile. Certain touches in the decor were nice, including hallways and the bathroom. But.... the room smelled musty and it was impossible to open shutters or windows (chronic darkness probably contributes to the mustiness). Room appointment was spartan. The price is competitive for the convenient location, but the hotel seems badly in need of a face lift, starting with room lighting

Romantic stay in perfect location
This Hotel was very clean, tidy and the front desk clerks were very helpful. This location is close to alot of the sites and you can almost walk to everything you would want to see in central Madrid. The rooms are small as most Euro rooms are. The beds are a little hard but not uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for younger and middle aged people.

The little hotel that does!
Years ago, after a little research on the internet, Lusso Infantas popped to the top of the search engine. You never know what you will get with this random click, but I have to tell you, this hotel is a gem. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice renovation and the absolute most perfect location in Madrid, this is my 3rd visit to Hotel Lusso Infantas, and I plan on booking there again. Set just above the Gran Via on a quiet street in the Chueca neighborhood, Hotel Lusso Infantas is set just above the sprawl of clogged tourists destinations, and set squarely in the middle of two distinct neighborhoods, the very Gay and ultra funky, Chueca, and an upscale Salamanca. Trust me, you don't want to shop anywhere else. What is even more fantastic, is Madrid's top 4 Museums are just around the corner! There is also a top shelf restaurant attached to the property. Keep in mind, there is no grand lobby, bar scene, pool or gym on the premises, but with all that within steps of the Lusso Infantas, what more do you need?

Great place at a great price
I stayed three nights at the hotel just recently (March 2012) in a deluxe room with a street view and found everything to be really nice at a great price. The hotel itself is lovely and charming and located close to everything in Central Madrid. It is located in the Cheuca District and is on a quite street. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. I found the bed to be firm and very comfortable. For the price it was really very nice.
