Hotel Ada Palace

Very comfortable bed, nice sheets, supportive pillows, quiet room, restful decor, pleasant and helpful staff. This was just the type of hotel I was looking for for my city break. Thank you Hotel Ada Palace. You will see me again the next time I visit Madrid

When we arrived at the Hotel we had to carry our own luggage since there was no-one to help us with the baggage. An unfriendly male attendant checked us in. The room overlooked the back with construction going on. The bathroom shower door opened the wrong way making it dangerous to get in and out of the shower. No blankets on beds. A let down. Later, we met an Argentine Concierge that was corteous and helpful, a "rarity" considering the other front desk staff members. After going to Lisbon and returning 3 days later, I had a bigger room that cost me double, no bathtub, only shower, no blankets, and room had an intense mildew smell that made it hard to rest. Nice view from balcony this time. Tried Top roof restaurant. Nice breakfast, alltough dinner was not very good. Nice staff and very a ttentive service but the snails tasted of mildew and the duck was tough and tasteless. Mentioned to waiter. Nothing was done. Will not be going back again. Hotel needs to concentrate on details and have more employees like the Argetine concierge in order to make this a warmer Hotel. Also, get rid of the mildew problem.

Internet is essential for staying in touch with business. Although it is advertised, in 2 different visits (3 days & 2 days)the internet was unusable. An unsecured nearby signal was all that could be picked up, whether one was in the room, on the 6th floor where I was sent because the signal was "strong", or on a bench in the cramped lobby (best signal). Beware, it goes down just when you most need it.

L'hôtel était vraiment bien situé, seulement le hall d'accueil de l'hôtel était minuscule et la chambre sans plus, même si le ménage était toujours bien fait. Petit déj continental qui relève le niveau. La vue de la la terrasse était aussi au top. Je recommande comme même!

por avería en sus instalaciones, se nos propuso cambio al Hotel Velazquez de la misma cadena, con la mejora en la categoria de la habitación. Hasta aqui, todo muy bien, pero en el hotel Velazquez, nos sustrageron del mini bar una medicina que supuso adelantar el regreso a casa.

Hotel muy bien localizado, muy limpio y muy bueno en relacion alidad precio. Habitaciones amplias y tranquilas, el hotel está cerca de todo, la cafeteria del sexto es impresionante y la terraza el septimo más, las vistas sobre el edificio metropolis son impresionantes. Lo recomiendo

Céntrico, cómodo y limpio. Tiene la ventaja de contar con un restaurant d calidad en la 6ª planta que agradeces para cenar en el caso de llegar tarde o por la noche. Cerca de museos, y todo tipo de ocio, cines y teatros. Recomendable

Cuando llegué a las 8 de la tarde no estaba mi reserva en sus sistema y tuve suerte que quedaba una habitación sino hubiera dormido en la calle. Por otro lado la habitación que me dieron era muy pequeña con un a ventana al patio de luces y al lado del hueco del ascensor. Por lo demás la limpieza y las vistas de la terraza superior: espectaculares.
