Felt like a King and Queen
This hotel was undoubtedly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. It is a Michelin rated hotel and that is very apparent in the impeccable service and great attention to detail. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful and seemed to actually enjoy their job. Our maid was precious--she was an adorable short lady that could have been my second mother. The room was luxurious and clean. My favorite part was the bedet :-P. I only wish that there had been a bigger fridge and a less expensive breakfast buffet. The food was delicious--some of the best I ate

Short drive from hotel
Taking a day trip from Madrid to Segovia and Avila is a must.. Small town Spain is a lot different than Madrid and it is a neat getaway.

The hotel is very good for it's price but it has lot of wasted space in the lobby.this space should be converted into a sitting (tv) space for a coffee ,drink or just relax

Great hotel, easy bus/metro access
Great hotel. Very friendly staff, clean, large rooms. It was a little far from the city center, but bus/metro access right outside. Just a short ride in to downtown. On the upside, you're away from all the crowds and the noise of the main square. Would definitely stay again. Free wifi, fridge in room, nice bed and amenities.

Swiss-Gourmet
Sehr gutes Hotel - aber Probleme mit Empfang
Positiv: Schönes gut gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Feines Essen und schmackhaftes Frühstück. Negativ: Zuteilung eines zu kleinen Zimmers mit Heizungsdefekt (nach Reklamation korrigiert). Gourmetrestaurant war über Ostern geschlossen, zweites Restaurant mit stark reduzierter Karte. Küche war jedoch bereit, auf Wunsch zu kochen. Rezeption verweigerte "late check out" trotz Buchung, wodurch der letzter Tag nicht sinnvoll genutzt werden konnte.

朝食は、素晴らしい分、お値段も30ユーロとちょっと高めでした。 も少し、安ければ、毎日利用したいところ。 立地としては、地下鉄が近くで便利ですが、ホテル周辺にちょっとしたスーパー的なものがあるといいなと思いました。 スタッフの対応もとってもよく、さすが5つ星でした！ お値段は、リーズナブルだと思います。
