Great three day holiday stay

The free shuttle service from/to the airport made arrival and departure easy. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from El Capricho Metro Station which made getting into the city very simple. Our room was furnished with dishes and cutlery so we were able to prepare our own meals with food purchased at the supermarket. The staff was very accommodating and promptly provided a coffee maker upon our request. Ice cubes are available in the lobby for free, and the WiFi is also free and available in the room. Our only complaint is that there were only Spanish television channels available.

Quick, Easy, and CLEAN

If one is looking for a cheaper airport hotel, this is a good one. The free shuttle runs on-time and every 30 minutes 24 hours per day (taxis cost 25 Euros to reach many airport hotels). Room (actually a one bedroom apartment ) was clean and had central heating system. One TV in the living room and one TV in the bedroom. Full unfurnished kitchen. The hotel had very few guests. The three employees I dealt with were all kind and tri-lingual. Simply call the hotel once your luggage has arrived and the shuttle with pick you up.

Good value for the stay

Good: Closed to Metro stop. Shuttle service to airport. Front dest staff were friendly and helpful. Bad: Room was dusty. Water leak in the bathroom. Blow dryer and safe did not work.

Close to Barajas Airport (MAD)

This is a pretty dated property. Very close to Barajas Airport (MAD). The free shuttle service came in very handy. Be sure you have the correct phone number though, the one provided by Orbitz wasn't correct.

Good location,great value,noisy at night

This was an overnight stay so we could catch our flight to JFK the next day. A great location, 1 bedroom suite, full kitchen, but very noisy at night. Didn't matter because we slept on the plane ride home! Close to the subway, so we spent the afternoon In downtown Madrid and saw the Opera building and the Royal Palace.
