Great Value
I was in Madrid to pass some time, and I stayed at this hotel which was situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Finding the hotel might be a bit difficult if you don't do your map homework before you go. The metro is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and you will only have to make one other connection to take you to the main city center. The room itself was very clean, but the walls are quite thin, so loud talkers might be an annoyance for you. The bathroom was roomy, but the shower was quite small, and I prefer a tub to a tiny shower.

Read between the lines, stay elsewhere
What bothered me most about this hotel was the attitude of the woman working the desk. I felt like more of an intruder than a guest. Furthermore, a hotel that advertises "free internet" should not then require you to pay if you want internet in your room. There is a dilapidated PC in the lobby for guests to check their email. My room smelled like a chemical spill had just taken place; hygiene has its merits, but the amount of disinfectant and the pungent artificial scent of my room were hazardous to my health. If I live long enough to return to Madrid, then I will find another hotel. The location was not bad (about 500 meters from Arturo Soria metro), as I was looking for a place close to the airport and easily accessible by metro. There are no cafes or bars in the area.

Comfortable and adequate
A good location for an easy taxi ride from the Madrid bus station. Within walking distance to the metro(tube)station which has a line to the airport. Across the street from Crono, a good restaurant. Room was spacious, plain, clean.

Great Value
We came to Madrid for two nights before leaving Spain. The hotel is a little further out from the main parts of Madrid but there is a metro station within a 5 minute walk that will take you anywhere you need to go. The hotel staff was very friendly during the day but the night staff wasn't sure about most tourist questions. The restaurant across the street at their other hotel is absolutely wonderful and has great food for a great price. If you are looking to stay in the heart of the bustling city of Madrid this hotel isn't the place to stay but if you want a relaxing hotel with nice rooms and don't mind the travel this is a great room for the price!

Buy the book of 10 passes for the metro. It is about 7 or 8 euros but it is worth it even if you are not going to be making that many trips. You can also use this pass for the airport entrance pass which is another additional euro.

Nice modern hotel. Comfortable
Nice modern hotel. Comfortable and quiet in a good residential area. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Lacking in maintenance: toilet did not flush, leaver for closing the sink was missing, water spurted out of the joints of the shower, hand-towel rack kept coming off the wall... Small but easily fixed details that spoil your stay. The manager does not seem to be on the ball.

hay habitaciuones que anteriormente
hay habitaciuones que anteriormente serian muy grandes y de una han levantado tabique y han hecho dos, el problema es que el tabique nuevo es muy fino y se oye todo.
