Fantastic location

Great Hotel
Really great hotel. Room was really good size, large well laid out bathroom with separate shower room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Really recommend this Hotel.

Poor guest services
I'd mistakenly booked this room twice for the same night and despite my staying in the hotel (and planning to do so a week later on the date I had intended to reserve) they would provide me not a single concession. They had ample opportunity to rent my second room out and elected not to trouble with it. Decent enough accommodations, if not on the small side and with terribly hard beds, but their complete unwillingness to compromise earns them a single star.

Great location and wonderful facilities
This is a great modern hotel with some lovely features. Location wise, it's just a short walk from Plaza Catalunya and near the posh shopping area of Passeig de Gracia. It's a shame it doesn't have a pool but the two jacuzzis are fantastic and do the trick. Ask for a room with outside view as there are some rooms looking inwards and do not get affected by how the hotel looks on the outside: it's a bit dull but inside is much nicer!

The tapas place Catalona is great, wonderful food and full with locals. Just 5 mins on Carrer Mallorca.

Great Location/Helpful Staff
Very clean and centrally located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask for an "outside" room so you will have a window. Our room got rather warm without the window open - they do not have air conditioning at the time of year we visited.

Good hotel in very center
Good hotel with helpfull english speaking stuff. Excellent location, just 4 blocks from central plaza Catalunya. Only small negatives is the absence of US outlets in bathroom and breakfast not included, as normally in European hotels.

We had a beautiful room that resembled the website exactly. Very tasteful and modern facilities and very spacious. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and in a great part of the city away from the noise of La Rambla but near enough to walk.

Nice hotel at a good location,
Nice hotel at a good location, near Gracia and metro stations. Classis rooms with a modern touch, spacious and quiet. Airco worked fine. Little fitness area with jacuzzi and sauna at top floor: nice. Facilities at conference center were not below average.
