A modern hotel set in the center of the Eixample, a grid-layout area designed in the 19th century. Functional and modern, yet smart, the Ayre Hotel Caspe provides an ideal location for those wishing to explore historical modernist Barcelona. Internet is bad in the room. Sound proof is not good, you can heard the door close and open from upper floor to next door.

One Night in Transit
We stayed just one night as we were passing through from Menorca to the US. The hotel was very clean and the room was well kept and in good repair. The bathroom was very large with a bath and a shower. The room itself was very large for European standards. Hotel staff were very helpful and service good overall. We thought the location would be closer to the airport than it is. it was about 30 minutes in traffic midday from the airport to the hotel. The neighborhood seemed a bit seedy. But we walked to Placa Catalunya and felt quite safe. Hotel staff directed us to a delicious and affordable fresh seafood restaurant, which surprisingly was open on New Years' day. (We actually stayed here at the beginning of January in 2013 but dropdown list of years to select in the form had not been updated with '2013.')

Wonderful couple trip.
We were very happy to be able to stay at Ayre Hotel. The place is very clean. Everyone were very nice and caring they make sure that you are taking care of. They are so friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone a 110%.

Ayre Casp Barcelona
I thought the hotel was very good. The only downside I found really was that it was a little bit away from things. There was a metro line near the hotel, but we had to make more connections than we would had we stayed closer to the heart of Eixample. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean, modern, good staff, etc.

Good location
Excellent location and staff service. I stayed fwith my wife for one night. The bathroom needed some cleaning or may be some new floor. Expensive breakfast

Strategic Location , calm, and clean
We enjoyed the comfort calmness. Convenient (walking distance)stores for snacks , fruits, "tapaz".The hotel is 4-7 Euros away by Taxi from the toursitic but noisy La Rambla, the public beaches, the Port Olympic and Port Vell with its great restaurants , Mare magnum marinas
