Excellent cleanliness, helpful reception staff who spoke good English and answered questions regarding transport, booking tourist visits/buses etc, Good room with useful kitchen area and comfortable beds, though if more than 2 occupants, walking through the main bedroom from settee bed to the toilet might present a problem. Quiet rooms, even though located in heart of business district. Huge taxi rank nearby, but totally devoid of taxis on Good Friday! Pleasant ambiance in foyer/bar area, though little used. Menu in lift advertised 3 course meal deal for residents, but no sign of it in the restaurant and not offered by waitress. Disappointed with meal - expensive and didn't make clear that it was the European style main course of meat only with no veg. Small portions too, so only ate there once, but wine was nice and meat tasty. Good location just minutes from Ave Diagonal, L'Illa shopping centre and Marie Cristina Metro, where tickets could be purchased from machine to get to town on L3 line in about 15 mins. Also about 15 mins walk from Neu Camp stadium and Hop on Hop off bus stop. Visited all the main attractions (Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Olympic Stadium, Neu Camp, Las Ramblas etc) on Hop on hop off Bus Touristic over 2 days (discount available for online booking or via hotel reception) . Inclusion of B&B in price would have been useful. We went to local Starbuck's coffee shop!

Very nice hotel, would definitely recommend. Not much right by the hotel, but is right by a metro stop.

This cute apartment hotel was as advertised. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location is away from most of the sights in Barcelona but the Metro L3 stop is only two blocks away and this provides affordable access to the city. It took a while to get used to the local restaurants not serving dinner until 8PM. If returning to Barcelona I would stay at this hotel again.

I carefully chose this aparthotel after a good bit of research. It turned out very well on many points but disappointing on others. The concierge was wonderful and worked with us closely and with compassion and expediency on the following issues: Our first room had water leakage all over the floor from the shower. The second one A/C did not work. The third seemed fine until the last night when the A/C began leaking water from the ceiling! We were not about to change rooms again 12 hr before departure. All through this, the personnel were quick at moving us and coouldn't have been more obliging. The housekeeping staff was puntual in making up the room(s) and even washing the dishes. The rooms themselves were more than adequate and spacey. There were plenty of toiletries included in the price. The location was 2 blocks from the metro and in a decent neighborhood. I just think this hotel needs an overhaul of the plumbing and A/C system. The hotel is probably smiling on the outside and crying on the inside, so to speak!

Found this place looking for a 4 start hotel online. All I have to say is that this IS NOT a 4 start hotel - don't be mislead by the rankings. The room looked like it had seen better days. The carpet full of stains and dirt, seemed like it was last fully cleaned in 1997... by the way, the 4 start hotel ranking was awarded in 1997. The bathroom's curtain was full of mildew - probably last changed in 1997. Trying to get a constant temperature in the shower was impossible, it would go from cold water to excessively hot - not pleasant when you are trying to avoid the dirty curtain. Even though the staff was kind (not good enough for a 4 start hotel), the place is a no no. I would've tried to get another hotel, but just coming back from a cruice, having to travel back early next day, no internet access to find another one hotel and not being familiar with the area, I decided to suck it up and stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Go somewhere else.

The hotel staff were kind and helpful, metro station was near(L3) about 2 minute walk, near the stadium Camp nue 10 minute walk, near Diagonal shopping center one minute walk. Kindly holding my luggage after check-out till near midnight. the only thing that bother us was the somehow vibration and little sound whenever the metro come beneath the hotel , but after one night we get used to it.

Hotel is small, but had a suite: bedroom, sitting room, complete kitchen, nice bathroom. Restaurant was full service for 3 meals. Nice lobby. Very good location near major avenue and large department store "El Corte Ingles." Metro one block. Staff helpful in reserving tours and taxis. Free newspapers.

Good breakfast buffee (a lot to choose in different food categories and tasty).

The room was hot.

Hotel has very helpful staff. One surprise upon arrival though, according to Orbitz' Web page breakfast was supposed to be included in the rate, but the hotel charged extra per person per day for breakfast.
