San Juan Park Hotel

Was in pr for a wedding and saved a ton staying here! Great staff.

I booked this hotel expecting 3 star quality. The rooms are at best 1 star. Very tiny room amd dark windows, feeels like a prison cell. There is no coffee maker, no trash can in the room, and no lotion or shower cap among the toiletries. The hair dryer was ineffective. I asked for a refund or room change, and the manager refused. Though the hotel is among the cheapest in the area, the quality is very poor.

It is safe, clean and very well located. Easy access to one of the best beaches in San Juan, great parks and green areas.. and many near-by restaurants in Condado. Safe area for long walks. Also close to bus stops. Self-service, Continental breakfast. Free WiFi. Free Laundry. The outside is very play but rooms are comfortable.

We spent 3 days here. Staff was great, room was ok. Not a resort, but we just used it as a place to crash and it was fine. Bring earplugs, noisy traffic right out front. The convenience store next door was handy. Bus stop right around corner takes you to old San Juan for $.75 and works great, but does not run on weekends. Taxi then runs $10 or its a 30 min walk. Small beaches nearby. Subway and Chinese restaurant next door.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the San Juan Park hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and helped us to find many things to do around the area. Subway is right next door if you get hungry but all other authentic Puerto Rican restaurants are not nearby. Luckily here is a bus station right near the hotel and for 75 cents you can explore all of northern Puerto Rico. The hotel was decorated very nicely and kept clean. The only downside to the room that we found to be disappointing was the uncomfortable bed that we tossed and turned on all night. Other than that you absolutely get what the price gives you and is a valuable hotel to consider in San Juan.

It is located in an excellent location close to the old SanJuan and Condado. The room was somehow small;hower, comfortable and clean bed with nice and clean shower.

Do yourself a big favor and spend the extra money for a major chain Hotel !!! Room was TINY !! No Hot Water !!! Bed was hard as a Rock !!! Staff not helpful !! Will Never Go Back !!!

Hotel is just feet from a busy street. The night we stayed it rained and traffic noise was quite loud. Traffic was constant all night long. Staff was friendly enough, but had no access to extra towels as we added an extra person in our room. Cleanliness was so-so and more attention could be shown to this, especially in common areas of room hallways. Our room had no light bulbs in the bathroom mirror fixtures. One ceiling light in the center made shaving in the shadow a hit or miss affair. Room had no nightstands by bed, only a small shelf with just enough room for the phone. The bed was quite comfortable. The wait for a taxi when we checked out was just minutes after the desk clerk called. At 150 plus 25 for the extra person this room was not cheap, and I expected more for my money . This would be OK at a lesser rate, but in the future I would take a pass.

Small, quaint hotel, good location to restaurants and beaches, and Old San Juan.
