BEST WESTERN PLUS Condado Palm Inn & Suites

This is the best location. The pool at the hotel isn't great, but you can go to the sister hotel, and the pool and beach are wonderful. The night staffer was really sweet and accommodating. All in all, great place for the money.

The hotel is located just 1 block from the beach, so thats a great plus for the location. The staff is really courteous and tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We interacted with Myra and Raiza who helped us a lot in figuring out a lot of local things. Room's interiors were fine and they had swimming pool and gym which were of good quality, well maintained. The breakfast was also great in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel has so much potential. First, it has a pretty good location. A nice beach area is a block away; there are plenty of bars, and restaurants in a close proximity; Walgreens for your miscellaneous needs across the street. We were able to upgrade to a suite for a reasonable price and The view from our Ocean View room was not bad at all. Then there's the bad stuff. For a recently upgraded hotel there are a number of minor cosmetic defects: hasty looking paint jobs, cheap carpet and furniture. Free breakfast is nice, but unimpressive. There are homes here in Ohio with larger pools than what this hotel has. You will here street noise from outside until late (didn't bother me that much, but alcohol helped). But that's just the hotel's overall ambiance and it didn't get better. After we got to our room and unpacked, we soon found out that our toilet was repeatedly clogging, and there was no hot water in the shower. When the hotel was unable to fix the problem, we were moved to another room. The new room initially seemed satisfactory (higher floor, better view), but then we discovered that the toilet handle would not work, and the air conditioner ended up breaking. Not so awesome.

The first night we couldn't sleep due to loud music and street noise. Management kindly upgraded our room next day. However, on day 3 & 4, the hotel had no water. When the water returned on the lower floors but not in our room, Management allowed us to use the shower in another room. However, the running water was brown, making it impossible to show or use the water for anything else. The agent on duty indicated they would try to make amends but couldn't do anything right away because he said our reservation was prepaid. We left our email address but have't heard from them.

I booked this hotel in Condado for an extended weekend stay - for sun, rum, and relaxation. I wasn't disappointed! While I understand that they just re-opened after their makeover, there were a few bugs that need to be worked out. Let's start with the positive. The staff was fantastic and really went out of their way for guests. The rooms were clean and well appointed and beds very comfortable. The pool was always clean and having restrooms right outside was a plus. The complimentary breakfast was very good and I loved the coffee in the room - Yoccono, I think? The negatives if you want to call them that were that it's pretty noisy in this location. I was on the 6th floor and could hear traffic and people in the street until 04:00! The slider on my balcony did not latch or lock but it was 6 floors up so I didn't make a big deal of it. I didn't have a waste basket besides the one in the bathroom and had to ask for a Do Not Disturb sign. The ony ice maker was on the 1st floor. And there wasn't creamer to be had for coffee at breakfast. But, all in all - the positives far outweigh the negatives and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located everything was in walking distance, the beach is a block away and the pool at the hotel was nice too. The hotel staff was very nice as well as the hotel it self, the breakfast buffet was very good I would stay there again.

Brand new hotel, very clean, new appliances, HDTV, very courtesous staff, free (and good!) breakfast served from ca 0630-0930, safe, free Internet access and computers in lobby. Pool/deck is beautiful. Right on Condado at Ashford, 24-hour Walgreens across street, 2 minute walk to Condado beach (and happy hour at ABH bar), plenty to do. Will stay there again for rght price. Downside? Only a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. Spring break heaven!

L hôtel vient d'être rénové, il faut les appeler plusieurs fois avant qu'ils réagissent (draps, serviettes, papier toilette...) choses que ns n'avons jamais eu a faire ds d'autres hôtels, certains employés viennent d'être recrutes et n sont pas encore au point, le petit déjeuner bcp de réglages encore a faire, par contre la politesse et la gentillesse du personnel ++++ jamais eu autant de "terribly Sorry about that", l hôtel est bien place près de tout mais inconvénient rue le bruit le soir
