very nice
we used this hotel for convenience before getting out of managua. not much to do or see in managua so the mall was a pleasant suprise.

I wish I was staying Longer
I have stayed in many other hotels on previous flights but by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The room is full of amenities with a very friendly and professional staff.

Excellent location and quality
I would highly recommend this hotel compared to the "Worst Western" across from the airport. I looked forward each day to coming back and using the pool. Front desk service was very responsive. Staff could have had a better command of the English language. The only problem I had was that my credit card was overbilled on check-out. The dining room was good but when ordering from the menu, what was brought from the kitchen did not always match up with what was on the menu. I will definitely stay at this hotel when in Managua

One of the few places to stay in Managua
I've stayed at the InterContinental REAL METROCENTRO MANAGUA several times when in Nicaragua. I have only had one bad experience there (a noisey party was going on)- I would recommend this hotel.

Short drive from hotel
I don't recommend driving ANYWHERE in Nicaragua at night. Get a cab at the hotels front desk and make arragemnets for them to take you and pick you up from the resturant - typically we didn't pay the cab driver until we returned to the hotel.

Top western style hotel
This hotel has all of the characteristics one would want of a no-hassle excellent amenities business hotel. It is near the main shopping area, Metrocentro, although not particularly convenient to the owner. The service is excellent, we were provided welcome drinks of our choice and the bedrooms were extrmeely comfortable.

Needs updating of computers for consierge
The consierge was involved in many at the same time tasks ie luggages, taxis, restaurants reservations, hotel reservations, directions etc. All with no computer available, no maps, no restaurants info, no hotels or resorts info or out dated info or incomplete info. This is not a complain it is only my description of what I saw.
