Hotel Kenzi Menara Palace

Room size and bathroom huge very clean and tastefully furnished. Public spaces airy,and plenty of them scattered through the complex. Gardens well managed with beautiful planting especially the variety of roses. Staff very friendly and helpful. Concierge arranged restaurant bookings and any trips out. We had a city tour visiting the palace ,tombs and majorette gardens. These are stunning.The pool ,sun beds etc large and used daily by us as temperature reached 37 deg C on 3 days! The only down side of the hotel location was the lack of places e.g restaurants and shops to visit on foot. The exception to this was the excellent Bianco Ice restaurant/ ice cream parlour .However the area is being developed so this will not be a problem in the future. After the hustle and bustle of the medina and souks it was great to return to the hotel for calm and a swim! isolated position in that there was l Breakfast good with plenty of variety of breads,fruit nuts as well as usual hot food. Shuttle bus into the old town provided a good service

Very nice room , large and modern looking, very clean, bathroom was updated and looked very elegant. Swimming pool is large and clean, well maintained. Indoor spa needs more attention though. Bar has live music drinking gri wine with a cigar indoor was perfect. Breakfast and dinner were included in my deal and they were very nice open buffet. Will go there again.

Having read some of the reviews on this hotel on various sites we were a little concerned as to what we would find but need not of worried as everything about the hotel was great. Large clean rooms, good food in all the restaurants, beautiful gardens and pool area a real oasis of calm after the hustle and bustle of Marrekech centre. We could if we wanted too start to get picky about some small aspects ie there were l areas of maintenance needed in some areas but it appeared that most of these were being addressed, some though not all staff were not as attentive but that suited us fine as in some hotels we have stayed at staff have been over attentive. The only minor issue would be that the balcony doors did not lock not an issue when you are on the third floor might be in you are on the ground. Summing up a great hotel and a great price and would have no hesitation in either recommending the hotel or staying there on a return trip

I just returned from a FABULOUS trip in Morocco. I was with a friend, and we have very high standards for hospitality. Kenzi Menara Palace was a dream come true. The grounds are perfect. The architecture and art are stunning. Best of all, concierge and host Sharif made our trip a genuine Moroccan experience. I wish I could stay at Kenzi Menara Palace forever. We booked online, and you will definitely not be disappointed. You will really feel like true royalty at Kenzi Menara Palace. I cannot wait to return.

I was nervous after reading some of the reviews on here but we had a lovely time at the Kenzi Menara palace. Friendly greeting with a welcoming glass of mint tea. Helpful staff (although sometimes there was a language barrier). We were in one of the standard rooms so the view was not great from our balcony but the room was very large, spacious and clean. The bathroom was the same with a separate shower cubicle and very large bath. Breakfast was also nice with a chef on hand to make your eggs as you would like it. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The only down side for some may be the location. We thought it was great being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. But this does mean that you need to jump in a taxi, which involves bartering for a while to get a reasonable price, and this can be exhausting. We would recommend this hotel and we would go back.

a great hotel for a family holiday with spotless spacy suites. The hotel is really new and the staff tries their best to offer a good service. A negative is that you can only enter the spa if you pay for certain treatments (so no free access for hotel guests). Tea and coffee is offered in the room but for each teabag you are charged 4 euros!!

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wunderbare Pool-Landschaft windgeschützt. Shuttle-Bus in die Altstadt funktioniert gut, dürfte aber häufiger fahren.

Cet hôtel est un petit bijou au sein duquel nous avons pu, avec ma fiancée, nous reposer et profiter de Marrakech pendant 6 jours. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, équipées de douches ET baignoires, d'une jolie terrasse et d'un lit "king size". La piscine est elle aussi très agréable donnant vu sur les montagnes de l'atlas. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. l'hôtel est certes légérement éloigné, mais cela permet d'éviter le bruit du centre de Marrakech. Une navette propose même plusieurs fois par jour (et gratuitement) des aller/retour pour le centre ville. Enfin, le personnel est toujours soucieux de notre confort avec une mention toute particulière pour ADIL (de la réception) et NADIA (du restaurant) qui, par leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont su rendre nos vacances encore meilleures. Nous sommes comblés par notre séjour et ne tarderons pas d'y retourner!

Le personnel est souriant, avenant, adorable surtout le concierge de l'hotel . Tout le séjour a été admirable. A refaire absolument!!! Au niveau ménage dans la chambre c'est pas tout a fait impeccable pour un 5 etoiles dommage .
