Dreams Rivera Cancun
All was good except no hot water. Staff, restaurants and all was great. Need to advise travelers that there is no shuttle from airport to hotel without prior setup. Beautiful place!

They have a lot of places to eat at the hotel, all that I tried were great, one of our party even caught fish and took it to the Sea Side grill and had it cooked and it was great.

not as i expected way too many kids
Way too many kids! and 5 out of the 10 friends got Motezuma's revenge (got sick). Watched at the bar, later, them rinsing the blender with tap water and re-using it again with out sterelizing it. My wife missed 2 days of vacation.

Was Nice But...
The resort is is nice and the rooms are nice and clean, but they had bed bugs. I got bites and so did our friends that were guests in a different room. Also, I don't think the staff kept the grounds area very clean. There were always empty glasses, garbage, and cigarette butts. The food was not that either. We have been to three other resorts and would go back to any of them before returning.

Xel-Ha is definitely a place to go if you like to snorkel. Also has ziplines, cliff jumping, bicycles, tubing, etc. From Dreams Riviera it is an hour and a half with stops to pick up others at other resorts. Some people did the Tulum and Xel-Ha and wish they had only done Xel-Ha.

Perfect honeymoon!
We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The hotel is beautiful, you are amazed upon entering..it's that gorgeous. The hotel staff is kind, the waiters are friendly and warm, the food is very good. And the alcohol is also included!!! There are activities in the lobby each night like live music or dancing, live music during a cocktail hour, movies at the main pool- something to do all the time. Can't say enough about the grounds, and the pools and the ocean just steps away. Breath taking!

Pretty Decent
It was lovely for they accommodated us on our honeymoon in such the perfect way even though me and my girlfriend were not on our honeymoon!!! We found it very funny but still were pleased with our stay and the staff there. Would love to go back but i feel there are so many resorts just like that, that they do it just as good or even better. For those who are looking to stay all i can is say about the food and drinks is food is excellent and drinks are way too sweet! They need lessons on how to make a mixed drink. Overall i give it a 3 and 1/2 out of 5.

Nice Place

Loved it!!
3rd time at a dreams resort and I plan on using them for the 4th. Only issue was that we were there when they were at full capacity so there were way to many kids and they don't have an adults only pool.
