Los Arcos Suites

Central Location, close to restaurants and bars, 1 block from beach. Internet only in lobby and is limited access and very outdated.

Arcos Suites was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Not the greatest views since its a block off beach but our all inclusive package gave us access to the other 2 properties (Play Los Arcos which is on the beach and Casa Dona Susana which is the adults only property with a beautiful rooftop patio and pool which is very quiet). You can't beat the location of all 3 hotels located in the Romantic Zone walking distance to almost everything!

Clean rooms, good value, nice location, plenty of things to do within walking distance. The bathroom was clean and did have hot water however, bathroom needs to be remodeled.

Friends have stayed for 15 years here at this quiet yet fabulously located hotel...We booked to stay in the downtown, where everything is located: galleries, the beach, great eateries, sophisticated Malecon scultpures, and WOW! we were thrilled. Ate at the Playa restaurant and they even let me paint at a table all day to capture the vibe of the lively beach scene. Might I mention a family-friendly hotel, as I LOVE inter-generational getaways! Marina our maid, Bernadette, and the entire staff was superb! I give this hotel for its lovely charm, a perfect score.

We always go there cause it is a great place , the only problem is getting the room you want. They seem to not have that scheduling thing together, but the staff is wonderful there, I do reccomend it

I have stayed at the Suites three times. I think they need to invest some money on the kitchen equipment. The refrigerator is very old and lopsided. The counter is warped. There should be a cabinet to store dinnerware instead of under the sink. The hotel is full everyday so they are making money and should put some back by way of investment. The staff is excellent.

We found the staff to be better than average other than the desk staff. Whole place was very clean and food was very good and seemed to have enough variety. Don't overlook the rooftop pool available at the Casa Dona Susanna-----very quiet and not crowded. Exceptional value. Can walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, and other interesting places.

This was a wonderful little hotel located just off the beach. Being able to access the services at the two sister hotels was great. The buffet was decent. The included "especial" dinners were excellent. There was a musty smell in the room but this got better once the doors were open and the room was aired out. Would gladly go back.

For a three star hotel it was very satisfactory. Room was large,but the bathroom was a little cramped. Could of used another TV in the other room, Room that i had the air handling system was a little noise y, but tolerable and being on the street side was also a little noise but it subsides around 10pm. Room were very clean. Location was great. Staff was great. Would stay here again.

In the heart of the Romantic Zone. Room was old but clean. A good value.
