Enjoy the most pleasant vacations in the comfort of the 77 rooms of 3 type: Standard, Studios and Suites; the hotel offer you accommodations in European Plan and the warm hospitality which is representative of this charming paradise known as Puerto Vallarta. All of these surrounded of the most beautiful view of downtown, handcrafts store, money exchange services in house, hair salon, 1 swimming pool and terrace on the top floor, 1 swimming pool on ground floor, safety deposit boxes, elevator and free wireless internet in lobby area. The hotel has lobby and reception.

Did not get the room we booked

Checked out to move into our apartment we had rented, found a purse, a pair of pants and my hair dryer missing from my suitcase. As we did not unpack our luggage during this short stay, and I used these items on Tuesday night, they had to have gone missing Wednesday as it was the only day we were out of our room. Front desk staff most unhelpful

One of the Worst Hotels I've ever stayed in.

When I looked at the room I went dto the desk and asked why it had no TV and no Air conditioning in an inside room. I had to upgrade for an additional $20.00 to get a TV and Air. Unless you get a room with Air Conditioning I would avoid this hotel. It is the worst experience I have had booking with this site.

November 2012 Vacation

First time at this hotel, while it does not look like much from the outside the interior is very well kept and my room(suite) was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to be very helpful. I was at the hotel for four nights and have zero complaints. Location is in middle of the of the old town feel Vallarta and walking distance to just about everything you need. I visit twice a year and this package deal was one of the best so far. Take the San Sabastian tour, it was great.
