Upon walking into Fiesta American Puerto Vallarta, guests are greeted by an open-air palapa and waterfall, both features that sum up the feeling at the resort. Amazing Customer Service
The service at the hotel was outstanding. From the front desk to the staff at the pool and the beach, we were spoiled. I was particularly impressed with Patricia and Diego who not only served us by the beach, but took the time to get to know us personally.

Great Location and Beach
Great location, only a few minutes from Malecon. Best beach along this stretch of hotels with more palm trees for shade if you want to spend time on the beach. Fantastic staff! Marco and Patricia provide entertaining service by the pool and are super friendly! Loved it!

Don't get a taxi from the guys in the airport trying to commit you to spend an hour with them the next morning unless you are interested in time-shares. They do give you discounted tours if your time isn't worth much then it might be worth it. 75 minutes turned into 4-5 hours. Los Veranos zipline tour is great!

Great Location
This hotel combines great facilities with a convenient location and an above average staff give you a great vacation experience. Perfectly located away from the bustle of downtown but within a $4 cab ride to either downtown or the marina. Virtually all rooms have balconies with great ocean views. Pool fits both youngsters and adults with both sun and shade areas. Pool service staff is extraordinary to serve your every need. Take advantage of the great restaurants throughout PV.

All good but the food!
Everything was very nice about the hotel. We loved the decor of the lobby and how everything was open although it would have been fun to have some of the upstairs windows in front of the elevators opened. The pool and the bars were very enjoyable and attractive as were all the grounds. The beach was quite nice and sandy. However, the food was disappointing and also expensive, so we tried not to eat there very much which was too bad because we would have like to have used the restaurants more but they cost a lot and were not very tastey. However, we felt that food was simply very over-priced in most places with low quality.

Fabulous accommodation
The staff were all very friendly and positively accommodating. We asked advice on using a taxi company to travel to Rincon de Gualabitos from Puerto Vallarta. We were recommended to one gentleman that spoke some English and he was exceptionally good to us for the entire day at a very good price for his taxi services.

Great time!
The Fiesta Americana is a really great hotel. The staff was so helpful and courteous. Our room was spacious and clean. We were on the 8th floor so we had a perfect view of the ocean. We would recommend this hotel.

Had a good time
Everything went great, except for a bumpy start that we were assigned to a room which had not been cleaned. After that we had an excelent experience. I would go back

Fabulous Fiesta...Americana
We have returned to the Fiesta Americana in PVR for the last 7 years over the Thanksgiving holiday. We usually stay for 10 days on the Fiesta Club floor which includes continental breakfast in the morning and appetizers and drinks in the evening. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have a fabulous view. The hotel is in a great location with a nice beach plus all the amenities you need. One of the nicest reasons we return is because they have an experienced staff that we enjoy seeing year after year.
