In Fashion Hotel Boutique - Adults Only

The location is great¡ is at it's all what you need in playa del carmen, the beach is just 3 blocks far away, and you can get affortable restaurant an entretaiment as you wallet, to be honnest , the best is the location, pool in the hotel is not so great, and just recommended for young people, but if you are in the range 20-30 is good¡ =) try the master suit, is has great jacuzzi and nice space, views are not awesome because all what you can see is the roof from other hotels, but is safe and nice it has nice paintings¡ enojoy Playa¡¡ =)

We had very high expectations for this hotel going in, maybe too high. Though the experience was very nice, it was not the best. I would have given this a rating of 3 1/2 stars if I could have. It was slightly better than average. We stayed in a Master Suite in the back of the hotel to avoid the noise of 5th Ave, this worked out well. The staff was very nice and informative, especially Pawy at the front desk, she was great! The room itself would have been really cool if they maintained it better, floor was chipped in places, paint job was bad, no attention to detail. The rooftop pool would have been nicer if they maintained the roof area a little better. It would have been very easy to make it a little more comfortable and aesthetically appealing. The location of the hotel was great, right off 5th where all the action is and a couple of short blocks to the beach. As far as the beach goes, take the walk to 30th to Kool Beach Club, much better than the ones right near the hotel. Food is great, can't get a bad meal in that area. Massages are cheap and good, treat yourself to several. They are available all over the beach as well. All in all it was a terrific trip! In closing, In Fashion needs a little work but not much to make it a 4 star hotel.

Great overall... but, the rooms are not very well sound proofed... it is a problem since the hotel is on the busiest street of playa del carmen at night. Other than that, great staff, great decoration effort, and great location.

Fantastic design throughout, modern clean and bright. Adorned with slick art, fancy fixtures and located in the heart of the action.

Very clean and designed beautifully in a perfect location in playa del carmen! Polite staff and excellent maid service. There was only a few other guests so we had the whole roof terrace to ourselves which has a great view! No bar man available though but they had no problems with you eating and drinking your own stuff. Perfect hotel, would definetly go back.

This hotel was a prime location! It was right in the heart of all of the shops, restaurants, nightlife, and beach. Location could not get any better. We upgraded to the Master Suite for an additional $30 per night, and it was well worth it! This hotel is like a museum. Stunning from every angle. We will definitely be returning!

When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have our reservation on file, in fact they didnt have anyone cheduled to check in that day. Thank goodness nearly all the rooms were vacant. They checked us in and we headed to our Junior Suite. DO NOT BOOK a Junior Suite unless you want to be kept up by Coco Bongo until 5am. We are young and like to go out, but we ended up having to take sleeping pills to get any sleep. The breakfast: Not really worth it. The food looked like it had been out for a long time. At check-in they only gave us one coupon and we didnt realize until the end of the trip that you have to ask every day for a breakfast coupon. We should have gotten them up front... The bed: THE BEST PART ABOUT THE ROOM. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the only reason we stayed and didnt switch hotels. The rooftop pool is awesome as well and a great view of the city. Overall it was ok for the low cost but I was very disappointed when I got there expecting it to be way different than it actually was. Note: the rooms are very musty (but thats Mexico..)
