Exceeded expectations
This hotel was great for our leisure purposes. The rooms were clean and modern, the water was safe for drinking, and the location was spectacular. You could easily get to Plaza de Reforma, which is one of the main drags of Mexico City. Additionally, we got great advice from the evening concierge, [...]. He hooked us up with a tour, gave advice on casual and nice restaurants, and greeted us nicely each time we entered or left the hotel. I woudl definitely stay there again.

Great Location!
My friend and I were so glad to have stayed here. It was so nice and the decor was luxurious. Everything was very nice. Super quiet and very clean. The location to many gay bars, dining, and metro made me happy. A single traveler would be happy here. The only bad thing that happened during the trip was the maid stole water and a red bull from the bar. We didnt even know there was one! They did not charge us so it was not a problem.

Great Location
The location was good. Not far from anthropology museum and visiting the city center area. Many shops, malls, souvenir stores, stands and restaurants around the hotel. Safe even at night. The room was clean. Nice pool side to relax in the city. The bad thing was the dryer worked on a minute and had to wait for minutes to restart. The TV remote did not work. The room clean people visited the room every morning if they can start to clean the room. Overall, it was good!

Short walk from hotel
Don't be afraid to take the metro (subway)! You can take it to many of the main attractions and even take it to the airport (all for about twenty cents for each trip!). If you don't have a ton of luggage, I would highly suggest taking the metro and walking!

Nice Place
Nice room and bath. Not a 5 star but a nice place and excellent value. I selcted this hotel because it was close to my morning meetings to avoid the awful Mexico City traffic. I had a very nice dinner on the lobby level. I have often spent 2 and 3 times as much at other Mexio City Hotels. No need.
