Great and clean..
We stay there for 4 days 3 nights and excelent service, rooms a little small but what you want for this cheap price and excellent ubication. Everything walk distance. We had a very good experience here. I will recommend it this nice hotel...thanks.

Great for Consulate Affairs
Hotel Ibis by far kept a great price for a cozy room and clean great wifi and so close to the US consulate and the Medical Centers a must for anyone who needs a place to stay for a great low price and safe walking distance to the main things in town

I requested 2 rooms: one with a single bed, and the other with twin beds. When we arrived at the hotel I was told that there were two rooms with a single bed each only. when I asked the staff about my request they blame online company for not passing the request to the hotel. Who's to blame?

Wonderful!!!
Love how the staff makes you feel welcome and are very helpful. very closed to mall and food court area. consul is very closed walking distance very secure to parked car.

Need improvements
Not really good. The A/C (heater) didn't work I was freezing at night, the pillows were manually made of pieces of sponges (really bad), they did never check if I was comfortable or was needing anything like usually they do on the hotels (service). The coffee was really bad ... Breakfast was ok but little expensive for what it is.

Should have listened to the bad reviews
* Location was perfect * Staff was horrbile and unattentive * NO IRON OR IRON BOARD- * no shampoo or handsoap * no roomservice * They come and ask to clean room at 9:30-10 am so no sleeping in...... * Restaurant is expensice * they never have everything on the menu

Great for Consulado Needs
My overall experience was great!! Small room but you really don't need any bigger...Love the shower and the modernness of the hotel!! The only bad things is that sometimes you have trouble using your card to go up on the elevator to you're room!!! The only recommendation is don't use the phone to do calls to the US very expensive!!! :)
