Escape to paradise. Sink your toes into the soft white sand and surrender to the caress of the warm breeze in your own Cancun hideaway. An enchanting beachfront setting, spacious villas, five-star services and friendly ambiance, make The Royal Caribbean - An All Suites Resort a heavenly spot for relaxing and reconnecting with family and friends.

One registered guest in each villa must be at least 25 years of age and willing to accept responsibility for the actions of all villa occupants.

Guests staying on Saturday night may need to change units. The hotel will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with guests to streamline this process.

The beach is just the beginning! The resort offers plenty of activities to keep you and your children entertained. Enjoy the oversized freshwater pools, play tennis, stay trim at the fitness center and try your hand at sail boating on the lagoon. There are additional amenities at The Royal Mayan and The Royal Islander next door.

As the sun goes down and the Cancun skyline sparkles with lights, it's time to think about dinner, and there are five restaurants to choose from in the tri-resort complex, each offering a different menu and ambiance.

Location
The Royal Caribbean - An All Suites Resort is located in the Cancun Hotel Zone between The Royal Mayan and The Royal Islander. The nearest golf course is the Kukulcan Golf Club at the Hilton Cancun and Kukulcan Plaza and La Isla Shopping Village are a ten-minute drive away.

Great layover at TRC

We spent one night here between our flight home. The pool was big and swim up bar was nice. Expect to put everything on credit- no money is excepted here which was a surprise. The staff all speak good English and are very helpful. I would stay longer next time.

Nice hotel and facility

Stay was very nice only the inconvience of having to change rooms every Saturday marred the stay, but we knew that was going to happen.

Disappointing

The facility and staff were very nice, but when I booked the vacation, I did it online and was looking for an all-inclusive package. When I arrived at the hotel and found out it was a time share you can imagine our surprise. So what I paid for was a Hotel and Flight and I wouldn't call it a super deal. Meals & drinks were good but be prepared to pay. If you are a younger couple and looking for a happening place, don't come here. It's a seniors villa, not saying that's a bad thing because it is quite be 9pm. I would come back to Cancun to holiday, just not to this hotel.

A great place

We stayed at the Royal Mayan about 13 years ago and really liked it but wound up buying a timeshare at a different resort in Cancun. That timeshares location was perfect, right across from Margarittaville. We went to Cancun for about 10 consecutive years but decided to walk away from our timeshare to eliminate escalating yearly maintenance fees. We went back this year and decided to try the Royal Caribbean. We got a great deal thru Obitz on hotel and airfare. The resort is beautiful with several pools and the room was very nice. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only negative wacess to the beach was a treak. Would go back again!

Try Calipso's. A little outdoor cafe/bar with excellent seafood. Try the sea bass stuffed with lobster and shrimp covered in a white sauce. Hmmmmm

PARADISE

MY BEST VACATION EXPERIENCE, EVER. The word "Paradise" does not get close to explain what a Phenomenal place "Cancun" is, especially while staying at one of the Royal Resorts. I stayed at the The Royal Caribean. The representatives were very curteous and went out of the way to make our stay the best experience ever. There were soo many Amenities included in our stay; snorkling gear, bicycles, beach towels, tennis gear, and many other things. But these are the ones we used. The pools are huge. The royal resorts even have a turtle pond, I don't know if you are suppose to touch them but I touched them anyways. Oh well. I stayed in the standard Villa, and it had a beautiful view of the Caribean Sea. There are Palapas with beach chairs under them on the the beach. I have never seen such a view from a hotel. Cancun is a must before you die. I hope this was helpful.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

If you plan to eat good and not pay much, your best bet is eating in CANCUN CENTRO. Out of the Zona Hotelera. There are many small shacks and most of them are good, Keep in mind I am adventurous and do not mind trying something new, meals at Cancun CENTRO range from 100 pesos for 2 to 150 pesos for 2. FULL MEALS. Cheap right. If you stay in Zona Hotelera you will most likely be eating American food and pay any were from 300 to 500 pesos for 2, on the cheap end. A large pizza starts at 170 pesos.

beautiful beach good food

Room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great to make our own breakfast. The beach was clean and not crowded. Could always find a volleyball game or just read and relax. The workout gym was pretty small for such a big resort and it is disappointing that they make that an extra charge. Also it is never open on Saturdays -

Great View

We got a 12th floor Suite. It has a great view of the ocean. Great thing about the location of this hotel is, you can see both sunrise and sunset. Staff is helpful, but could do better. Prices in the restaurant in the resort are expensive and access to cheaper restaurants are not available by walk.
