The Beloved Hotel Playa Mujeres by Excellence - All Inclusive Family Friendly

The hotel was nice not a 5 stars I would say it was a 4 stars. The hotel was very quiet after 10 it was almost empty and most lights were off. I didnt like the fact that you couldn't go to the pool after 8 and that the jacuzzi in the rooms could not be turned on after 8. The food was good but mostly average. Drinks were good but not well prepared for a 5 star hotel. The beach was not pretty on that area and there werent enough chairs either at the pool or at beach. Some people were very nice and some other like the guys that served at the pool were not in a good mood and would take forever to bring either food or drinks if they werent tipped before.

A great place to spend quality time, great facilities, and service. It is worth every $ spent.

I had a good time in this great and elegant hotel. Staff was numerous but not intrusive; formal but friendly. The room was spacious, luxury and well decorated. Nice location. Beautiful site. Excellent food! Not a lot of party so perfect to relax and go to bed at reasonnable hour and not being waked up by late-night noise. Only one thing that could be better: more eco-friendly responsibilty. I noticed many things that could be improved in that area.

One of the nicer hotels I think I've stayed at, anywhere, especially at the price. Stayed in a junior suite...1000 sq ft with every possible detail..loved the indoor/outdoor jacuzzi bath and huge double shower for two. Room easily worth 3x what I paid. Hotel/grounds are spotless and immaculate and they have a beautiful stretch of beach. Food awesome and room service fantastic. Only minor complaint was extremely slow service one day at the pool.

I would recommend for those that really want to relax and enjoy the beach. There were not a lot of activities, but it was great for me as I went just to enjoy a quiet, relaxing week at the beach. If you're looking for entertainment or party atmosphere at night, this is not the place for you. Not many people out at night after 8pm. Would like to have seen more dining options...mainly for dinner. The only restaurant at night was nice, but more formal than I wanted to do each night, and the only other option was limited room service. The food was very good, just not many options. It would have been nice to have the Island Grill open for dinner as it was on the beach, was more casual, and had a great menu. The rooms were very comfortable. For me, it was very well worth the extra money to upgrade to the beachfront casita. THe staff was superb...very friendly, most knew me by name and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed or wanted. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at the hotel...would just recommend other options for dinner.

Très bel hôtel, avec des équipements de qualité, de très bon équipements dans la salle de fitness. Une chambre de plein pied avec terrasse et piscine collective au bout de celle-ci !!! Que du bonheur. Du personnel attentionné et très dévoué, répondant à vos moindres demandes, un accueil personalisé même lors des accès aux restaurants. La plage est quelque peu petite en comparaison à certains établissements de la zone hôtelière, mais son charme est important par la présence d'arborisation dans la zone chaisse-longue.
