Good, cheap stop before flying out of Cancun

Small hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Although showing its age, the room was very clean. Beds were a bit hard but okay for just one night. Location isn't great but it is safe. Great cafe next door and a couple of other restaurants and grocery store within short walk. Plenty of cabs available.
