Very Nice

Easy location, Decent Food. Pillows weren't great, but bed was comfortable. Nice staff - nice pools and beaches. Perfect for a sit around vacation. September was the best month - not too hot, water is still warm.

Great hotel. I enjoyed the food and hanging out in the pool all day while enjoying cocktails. The only complaint I have is room service. It's very limited and not that tasty.

Great looking hotel, always clean, staff was nice and ready to help every minute of the way. Room service menu didn't have very many choices, could use improvement.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Short 10 min walk to night life, Senor Frogs, Cocobongo, Daddy O. Also take the local bus for $1 USD instead of expensive cab rides. The front desk can give you a map and tell you how to get to where you are going.

Great Stay

I stayed from 8/27-9/3. I had a great time. The staff and service was great. This resort is in an ideal location close to the mall, restaurants, and night clubs. This resort is great for families and couples. If you are single, you hang out (and eat) at the RIU Cancun where you have access. The food was good just remember you are staying at an all inclusive resort that has many food options and you should be able to find something you like. My room was cleaned everyday and I had an amazing view!

If you are interested in doing a tour, book it outside the hotel. You will save more money and be able to negotiate the pricing.
