Riu Caribe All Inclusive

I had an amazing vacation at Riu Caribe. I feel that the entertainment staff at this hotel really made my vacation an enjoyable experience. The staff was so friendly and engaging with everyone. I would defintely book another vacation at this hotel again in the future.

The Entertainment team was amazing - Juan, Jessica, Alessandro, really the whole crew! The food was SUPERB along with the entire wait staff and bartenders. My husband and I surprised my brother's family (5 of them) what a FUN place for ALL ages. The nightly entertainment was terrific as well. Heard you are closing to finish the renovations - everything was nice but the gym needs an upgrade. We will return!

The hotel staff is better than a cruise! Always wiling to please and efficient! Lots to do and if you don't want to do anything. The beach is too small therefore it seemed crowded and close together to your neighbor. so if you want privacy it's not going to happen. In the lobby at night time would be be quaint if the lights were dimmer. All in all It was pleasant. This was our second time at the Caribe.

Showed up on time which was great. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. The lady was rude and very slow. The other staff, ie. bartenders, maids, were all friendly. Food was terrible, got sick for two of our six days and couldn't leave the room, and no I didn't drink the water. The food was just bad, tasted bad. The rooms were nice and clean. The value that we paid was not worth it, I would have rather stayed at a place that was not an all-inclusive. This place was just ok. I was supposed to get an ocean view room too and I was stuck on the first floor looking at the main road. The first couple nights the sirens kept going off and kept me awake.

Stayed here for spring break. Great all inclusive package especially for the price. The resort has a great pool and beach area. Food and drink was plentiful but wasn't the best your ever gonna taste (but for this price, who cares).

Hotel in general is very nice, nice beach, big pools, 24h food and drinks, even safe and alcohols in the fridge included in all inclusive, this is super. Regarding to food we were not happy, quality was not the best, staff always in the mood and my wife lost new Tommy Hilfiger sweater in that hotel. Somebody stole it.

If you want teenagers getting drunk by noon and screaming and running down the halls at all hours of the night , this is the place to go! I was there last year and it was very nice. I told the people at the check in that I did not want to be around the spring breakers and they put me the far away from the noise in a beautiful corner room. This time they put me right by the pool where it was very loud all day and into the evening. It seems they advertised for deals for spring breakers this year and they got all the better rooms. We were there from 3/6 to 3/13. I have to say the food in the main dining room was great. The waiters and waitress' are great too. The hotel was very clean.

The food was great. The evening shows were also great. The beach area was really sandy and clean. We parasailed right from our resort and absolutely loved it!

Overall we had a great time, the layout of the facility was a little difficult to get around, not a easy flow. More outside stuff like a bar for the evening time would be nice. The staff was Great all around. The food buffets not bad but most of the time the food was warm not very hot. The speical resturants were good, the Steak House the Best. Thanks

Issues with chk-in. They had only 2 of 3 rooms, got assigned a room where bed was broken. By the time we went downstairs to get a new room & came back, it was assigned to someone else who was already in our room with our bags! Finally found a supervisor who was able to assign all three rooms on the same floor. Towels are rough/old, toiletries are just ok. Staff is great!! Making reservations at special resturants is nuts - you better show up on time and hopefully can find a time slot not close to the closing time
