Park Royal Cancun - All Inclusive

Couldnt be better, sure will do it again. Cancun people are very service oriented and professional in side the hotel and outside. The food was good and the beach was very clean. Sure will be there next season !!

The hotel was clean and our room was nice as was the staff. The food was terrible and not many activities by the hotel. The location was nice being right across from La Isla mall. I would not recommend this hotel for the bad food everyday.

You can walk across the street to a great shopping area named La Isla. The public bus, that seemed safe, has a stop right by the hotel and you can get anywhere in Cancun. There is one buffet that does vary their food each day and one ala carte dinner place that requires pants for men, where the steak was incredible! Two pools with drinks right there and a grill for a quick lunch. It might be a 5 star place, but it is a great value! If you want lobster and sit down meals, pay twice as much.

It wasn't the most elegant place but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was great especially the pool bar staff. My kids really enjoyed the beach and new years eve was fun.

We did enjoy ourselves, the bartenders were all very friendly. Windy most of the time there which is typical for end of December. Food was nothing to boast about. Very easy to get around to shopping and other areas on the hotel zone strip as long as you know which bus you should take.

Went during Christmas week for a family vacation. FOOD: Was not as good as some of the all inclusive places we have visited in Mexico, St. Lucia, and Antigua. ACCOMODATIONS: This is the first all-inclusive resort we stayed in with hotel style accomodations. We have been use to little condo style accomodation. This was a typical hotel. AREAS THAT NEED HELP: Staff was not helpful when the safe would not work in the room. Did not have access to a safe all week. Make sure you do not lose your resort braclet. They want to charge you $48 dollars for a replacement.

Stayed here 11/3-11/8/12. Hotel was clean. Grounds were well kept and the workers were all very polite. Beach was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. Waves were strong at times and the water was not see through. When you enter the hotel the Royal Holiday people try and pull you aside to sell you into their program. Its not worth it. Don't talk to them. The food at the buffet needs improvement. Each night has a theme for dinner. 1st night was mexican and was very good. The remaining nights the food was just average, maybe even below average. There is 1 italian restaurant that is ridiculous to get reservations at. You must call between 2-4pm the day you want to eat there. The room is very basic. th bed is not comfortable. Overall, i'd give this hotel 2.5 out of 5 stars. You can probably find a better hotel for your money but this hotel wasn't bad.

My husband and I first went to Cancun 3 yrs ago. and rec'd the best service. As boyfriend & girl first vacation away from home. Just loved it all the way around! This yr we went back HAD to stay at Park Royal! Refuse to stay @ a different place even a little cheaper! We rec'd the best service again. And my sweetheart asked if I marry him. Well we are now married and guest what we are going back in 4 months as husband and wife! Again refuse to go anywhere else to stay. Love Cancun / hotel service food, STAFF are all just great! And stores everywhere around. Walk up and down the streets. Just love Cancun! I had been at the merott never felt happy. Service nice beautiful place but to us service is first. Have fun!!! We did and plan on more!

Was great the only problem was our room key card kept getting deactivated and we had few issues with getting the safe opened and closed. Other wise food was great and staff was pleasant.

1) Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was beyond phenomenal! 2) The lobby bar was amazing especially Enrique! They cater to all your needs and take any special drink requests. 3) The buffet had a large selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner with different themes. Food was pretty good. The italian restaurant was amazing but make sure you make reservations asap 4) The beach was AWESOME! 5) Service is PHENOMENAL
