Very nice resort
The arrival at the hotel was quite frustrating because we were told that because of an unexpected convention, we likely would need to stay at the Playa Del Carmen location. After nearly 3 long hours, and making it clear that our reservation had to be honored, we received a room at the Royal Tower. That night, however, the air conditioning did not work, so we spent the entire first night in an uncomfortable setting in extreme heat. The following 4 days, however, went very smoothly and we received great service until our return. So, had it not been for our horrible experience upon arrival, I would have given this hotel a 5 star. But they did resolve the problem to our satisfaction.

I love this hotel's swimming pool. Services. Restaurant is also very good. when I arrived the first day, I really do not like, because the bathroom showerhead broken, for the other rooms, Elevator broken, the bathroom floor there is water leakage, but the next day after all the problems solved.

Fantastic hotel
This is a great hotel, the food was excellent, the people very friendly. The only thing we did not like much was the music, it was pretty noisy sometimes. But all the rest was great.

I booked this trip for my mom and my aunt.It was there first trip to Cancun so I was under little extra pressure...They just got back on Saturday and had an amazing time.From the bigining to the end everything was just perfect.They loved the attention to detail from the staff, with a rose and cold beverage at the airport to warm and friendly welcome at the hotel.Paradisus started off right and never looked back.Food was great with plenty of restaurants.Staff arranged a cab to take them to the city and picked them up after shopping which they aprechiated.We will defenitly be planing a whole family trip to Paradisus next year.Thank You Paradisus!

amazing hotel
me and my wife had our 25th wedding aniversary at this hotel.. the staff,food and view was a 10....go for the up graded room[royal service it was to good to be true..our butler jacob was every were..awsome hotel will definitly coming back to the paradises in cancun..

Great Hotel!!
The hotel was awesome. The pools were beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas. The restaurants were awesome. You do have to make reservations a day in advance. Basically, I went to Cancun to relax. I was totally able to do that at the hotel. I was able to order room service when I wanted to. I also ordered poolside drink service and food service. Every time the staff walked by my lounge chair they asked if I needed something. The only thing that I did not like were the desserts. The hotel has the worst desserts. Other than that, I give the hotel a thumbs up!!
