Omni Cancun Hotel and Villas - All Inclusive

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I have nothing bad to even say about it. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Food is awesome and the location is perfect because you can just take a bus everywhere. Only lil negative is the beds are kind of hard but besides that thi place was def worth every penny!

This was a good place to stay in Cancun. Other than the fact that when we first arrived in the hotel room, room service had forgotten to get rid of a dirty underwear hanging in the bathroom. However, the bus boy was quick to call room service and got it fixed. This is what you would expect at a Cancun hotel. The staff was very friendly as well.

Omni hotel is amazing! Food was great they had 24 hour room service, open buffet during the day, sushi resturant, beach resturant, fine dining italian restaurant,mexican resturant. The hotel was spotless and the workers were all so nice, extremely helpful and such hard workers. The only issue I had was with the wifi but your on vacation what do you really need wifi for. They had multiple pools and Jacuzzis which were kept very clean. Although I went with a bunch of adulta it was a very family oriented place. You meet people from all around the world, great experience I suggest you visit!

Everything was just what l expected if not more! The staff was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I will recommend this trip to everyone.

I was there for a wedding and spent 6 days there. The momment we got there I knew it was a great choice. The staff was great, Rooms were very clean and up to date. Food was A+. The only thing is the they needed more things to open till after 10:00 meaning food wise. you could only order late night room service after ten o'clock and small menu and you had to be in your room. They needed to serve food at the bar, But other that place was great! I would go back again!

I cannot say enough about this OMNI hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Food was amazing. The pools and especially the spa bar were my favorites. I will definitely recommend this OMNI to friends and will return.

The week spent was the best ever. The room was great...Clean and everyday the staff made sure it was spotless. The food was excellent. The staff was most helpful and always trying to please in all ways. Loved the time and will definitely go back.. Just hope soon!!

Everything works!!! from check-in, WIFI (fast), restaurants (not luxurious but good varied food), porter and valet parking, security, room service and house keeping (the hotel is immaculately clean) but most important of all EXTREMELY friendly and service minded staff everywhere .. reception, housekeeping, restaurants, etc. Saw many families with kids and there seemed to have enough facilities for children I loved the stay, every penny paid was worth the while and I will be going back.

The hotel was nice, location good; but, with the worst staff you could imagine. Have been to Mexico seven times to different resorts, and never felt unwelcomed like this Omni resort. Made reservation @ Devinci (Italian restaurant) to celebrate with my wife our 6th wedding anniversary. I made a mistake and wore jeans with Polo T-shirt. The restaurant did not allow us to enter claiming that I must wear ELEGANT BUSINESS...Should i have bribed the restaurant manager, I would have been allowed to enter, that's what one of the staff members told us later. Should you want to be treated okay, you have to tip very generously; otherwise, you will be ignored, and get no service. Their food was the same all days. If you want to spoil your vacation, make your reservation @ this hotel.
