Fantastic Place Great staff
I was there for a wedding and spent 6 days there. The momment we got there I knew it was a great choice. The staff was great, Rooms were very clean and up to date. Food was A+. The only thing is the they needed more things to open till after 10:00 meaning food wise. you could only order late night room service after ten o'clock and small menu and you had to be in your room. They needed to serve food at the bar, But other that place was great! I would go back again!

Absolutely amazing !!!
I cannot say enough about this OMNI hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Food was amazing. The pools and especially the spa bar were my favorites. I will definitely recommend this OMNI to friends and will return.

Fantastice/ Wonderful/Lovely
The week spent was the best ever. The room was great...Clean and everyday the staff made sure it was spotless. The food was excellent. The staff was most helpful and always trying to please in all ways. Loved the time and will definitely go back.. Just hope soon!!

Excellent in every way!!!! To revisit !!!!
Everything works!!! from check-in, WIFI (fast), restaurants (not luxurious but good varied food), porter and valet parking, security, room service and house keeping (the hotel is immaculately clean) but most important of all EXTREMELY friendly and service minded staff everywhere .. reception, housekeeping, restaurants, etc. Saw many families with kids and there seemed to have enough facilities for children I loved the stay, every penny paid was worth the while and I will be going back.

There is a new (since Nov 2012) Mayan Museum of Cancun literally across the street from the hotel which is absolutely amazing!!! Excellent Diving operator diagonally across the street, 10 minute walk

Regret
The hotel was nice, location good; but, with the worst staff you could imagine. Have been to Mexico seven times to different resorts, and never felt unwelcomed like this Omni resort. Made reservation @ Devinci (Italian restaurant) to celebrate with my wife our 6th wedding anniversary. I made a mistake and wore jeans with Polo T-shirt. The restaurant did not allow us to enter claiming that I must wear ELEGANT BUSINESS...Should i have bribed the restaurant manager, I would have been allowed to enter, that's what one of the staff members told us later. Should you want to be treated okay, you have to tip very generously; otherwise, you will be ignored, and get no service. Their food was the same all days. If you want to spoil your vacation, make your reservation @ this hotel.

I strongly recommend this resort. Superior cleanliness and very friendly staff. Above average food options and quality beverages. The all adult beachside pool bar was our daily escape. Breakfast at Pina Colada restaurant is beachside also. Be advised that the men MUST wear a buttondown shirt, slacks,and shoes at the fine dining DaVincis. Also, you have a limited number of visits there as well. The buffet was a good fall back for dinner. There are MANY stairs/steps from lobby to the beach area. We plan to return.........

Romantic Getaway
We had a blast! Great room with a balcony over looking the ocean. Great food! (gained 5lbs.) Great drinks! Overall great experience! Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Even though we had to checkout at 12:00. We were still allowed to use all the amenities including restaurants and bars until we left. It was like getting a free day!

Getaway without kids
Great couples getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni for 5 nights. We went to get away from life for a bit and have some relaxing time on the beach. We got it! The hotel was a great 4 star hotel, the food was excellent 5 stars, staff incredibly friendly and helpful 5 stars, and beach 5 stars. Only drawback was the hard sell for "extras" like day trips when we first arrived. Felt like a time-share sell, which we weren't into. But once we said no, they didn't both us again. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Great getaway
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights. The food was great, room service was very fast, and it wasn't that crowded. The hotel is close to the airport from the strip so we were the first to be dropped off on the shuttle which was nice, but it is further down from the clubs if that is what you are looking for! The only peeve we had was the dress code for dinner one night. My boyfriend was in a dress shirt and jeans, which they wouldn't allow us to be seated but we saw people in there dressed worse. Overall, we had a great time!
