The six-story, U-shaped Marriott CasaMagna Resort Cancun welcomes families with a supervised club for children and complimentary family activities. Great Hotel and Staff

Very helpful
The staff went out of their way to assist in all aspects. The check in was smooth and they were very helpful with the currency exchange. The consierge was extremely helpful in making contacts with travel groups and airport transportation. The rooms were very nice and had all the amenities needed. I was there for a week and enjoyed the stay completely. The food in the restaurants was very good and prepared to order. The wait staff was very clear in explaining the menu and translating when needed. Great job to the CasaMagna Marriott.

wonderful vacation
The hotel casa magna was wonderful for a vacation for our family. We thought the hotel was beautiful the old mexician feel was great. The food at the hotel was excellent and the only problem we found was maintance working in the middle of the night. We would gladly visit again. This time going all inclusive.

Rooms were clean and well decorated although on the smaller side. Try the Japanese or Thai restaurants in this hotel.

Simply Great
This was my 5th time at the Casa Magna. It is always the same. Great. It is clean, quiet, nice staff, and good location. Between the Casa Magna and JW Marriott next door, you have all the restaurants and amenities that you need. If I did not go out for a morning walk along the main avenue, I would never leave the hotel unless you want to visit the pyramids. Avoid downtown.

Walk over from the Casa Magna to the JW Marriott and enjoy a meal at one of their restaurants. I enjoy going to the Boardwalk Restaurant along the pool/beach side for lunch and drinks. Great views and breeze.

Fantastic hotel---
We had a fantastic time here. Absolutey beautiful view. Rooms were great along with the food here. You never have to leave the hotel. Definately recommend Casa Magna Marriott.

Planning Mom
Rooms facing lagoon have great sunsets.
Great hotel, pool was fun to play in. Beach was small due to the washed away sand from a huricane. Very difficult to walk on beach/rocks from one hotal to next. Live lobby music on weekend was enjoyable. Rooms were clean did have to request vacuuming during our week stay. Our room faced the lagoon side of the property, it had great views and wonderful sunsets. The wind from the gulf was no problem as it would have been with a ocean view room. Family friendly, no spring break drunkenness or crazy behavior. Good restrauants right across the street, ask conceior to make reservations and recieve discount or free app. Buses run all the time and felt like short ride to downtown. Favorite offsite activity was ziplining at Selvatica. Must do.
